Fossil fuel combustion is one of the major means to meet the mounting global energy demand. However, the increasing NOx and N2 O emissions arising from fossil fuel combustion process have hazardous effects. Thus, mitigating these gases is vital to attain a sustainable environment. Interestingly, oxy-fuel combustion in fluidized bed for carbon capture and minimized NOx emissions is strongly sustainable compare to the other approaches. It was assessed that NOx formation and fuel-N conversion have significant limitation under oxy-fluidized bed compared to air mode and the mechanism of NOx formation is still deficient and requires further development. In addition, this review paper discussed the potential of primary measure as low emission process with others supplementary techniques for feasible NOx reduction. The influences of combustion mode, operating parameters, and reduction techniques such as flue gas recirculation, oxygen staging, biomass co-firing, catalyst, influence of fluidized bed design and structure, decoupling combustion and their merges are respectively evaluated. Findings show that significant minimization of NOx emission can be achieved through combination of primary and secondary reduction techniques. 展开更多

通过动态硫化法制备了丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物,考察了共混配比及硫化剂用量对共混物动态硫化性能,硫化胶力学性能、动态力学性能、热性能以及相态结构的影响。结果表明,当共混原料中PLA的比例增加时,共混物的动态硫化速率... 通过动态硫化法制备了丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物,考察了共混配比及硫化剂用量对共混物动态硫化性能,硫化胶力学性能、动态力学性能、热性能以及相态结构的影响。结果表明,当共混原料中PLA的比例增加时,共混物的动态硫化速率减慢,硫化胶的拉伸强度升高、扯断伸长率降低;ACM与PLA的质量比为80/20时共混物的相容性最好,70/30时有效阻尼温域达到最大。PLA以"岛相"分散到ACM"海相"中,当PLA用量增加到50份(质量)时,共混体系呈现出共连续结构,发生相态转变。硫化剂用量的减少使得ACM的交联程度降低,共混物的力学性能下降、阻尼因子峰值升高,相容性及有效阻尼温域无明显变化。硫化剂用量减半后,共混体系的表面变得较为平滑,未留下明显空洞,且PLA相的冷结晶和熔融现象完全消失。 展开更多

In the present work, the TIPS behavior of isotactic polypropylene(iP P)/di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)/dioctyl phthalate(DOP)/nano-SiO2 system and the competition relation between liquid–liquid phase separation and polymer crystallization are successfully adjusted by adding nano-SiO2. The liquid–liquid phase separation temperature of the system increases with increasing nano-SiO2 content. Besides, iP P crystallization temperature is also changed after adding nano-SiO2. IPP/nano-SiO2 blend hollow fiber microporous membrane is prepared via TIPS method. SEM photos show that the membrane exhibits mixed morphology combining cellular structure relating to liquid–liquid phase separation and branch structure originating from polymer crystallization. The relative weight of cellular structure first decreases and then increases with the increase of nano-SiO2 content. Furthermore, porosity, connectivity among pores and pure water flux of the membrane first increase and then decrease with increasing nano-SiO2 content. However, mechanical performance of the membrane is improved at all times with increasing nano-SiO2 content. 展开更多

The efficient ternary all-polymer solar cells(PSCs) are designed and fabricated, using a polymer acceptor of NDP-V-C7 and analogue co-donors containing a chlorinated polymer PBCl T and classical PTB7-Th. PBCl T and PTB7-Th possess very similar chemical structure and matched energy levels to form the cascade of the co-donors. Meanwhile, benefiting from those analogous polymer structures, there is little influence of the morphology in blend film compared to their pristine polymer films. The binary PBCl T:NDP-V-C7 devices exhibit a high open-circuit voltage(Voc) due to the deep HOMO level of PBCl T. The Vocof all-PSCs could be finely manipulated by adjusting the content of PBCl T in blend film. The ternary all-PSCs have the more balanced charge mobility and prolonged carrier lifetime compared to the binary devices. The PBCl T also help improve the miscibility of ternary blend and suppress crystallization in films, bringing about favorable morphology with appropriate orientation and surface roughness in blend film. With the optimal processing, the champion ternary all-PSCs obtain a high PCE of 9.03%, which is about 10% enhancement compared to that of binary device. The results indicate that the ternary approach using analogue co-donors is a practical method to enhance the performance of all-PSCs. 展开更多

Due to the strong crystallinity and anisotropy of small molecules, matched molecular photoelectric properties and morphologies between small molecules and non-fullerene acceptors are especially important in all-small-molecule organic solar cells(OSCs).Introducing fluorine atoms has been proved as an effective strategy to achieve a high device performance through tuning molecular energy levels, absorption and assembly properties. Herein, we designed a novel benzodithiophene-based small molecule donor BDTF-CA with deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level. All-small-molecule OSCs were fabricated by combing non-fullerene acceptor IDIC with different fluorine-atom numbers. Two or four fluorine atoms were introduced to the end-capped acceptor of IDIC, which are named as IDIC-2 F and IDIC-4 F, respectively. With the increase of fluorination from IDIC to IDIC-4 F, the open circuit voltage(Voc) of the devices decreased, while hole and electron mobilities of the active layers increased by one order of magnitude. Contributed to the most balanced Voc, short-circuit current(Jsc) and fill factor(FF), the device based on BDTF-CA/IDIC-2 F achieved the highest power conversion efficiency of 9.11%. 展开更多

The modeling procedure was performed in two stages: first, modeling of polymer/polymer interface region comprising Janus nanoparticles and second, modeling of the entire systems as a function of the variation of the blend morphology.In the first stage, the modeling procedure was performed based on the development of the model proposed by Ji et al. and in the second stage, the fundamental of Kolarik’s model was used in order to propose a developed and more practical model. It was shown that Janus nanoparticles may form dual polymer/particle interphase at polymer/polymer interface which can drastically affect the final mechanical properties of the system. Comparing the results of tensile tests imposed on different prepared samples with the predictions of the model proved its accuracy and reliability(error < 9%). 展开更多

Polylactide(PLA)films blended with poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)were hot melted using a twin screw extruder with the addition of triethyl citrate(TEC)as a plasticizer and toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as a compatibilizer.The synergistic effects of the two additives on the mechanical,thermal,and morphological properties of the PLA/PBAT blend films were investigated.The influence of TEC content on the plasticized PLA films and the effect of TDI’s presence on the PLA/PBAT blend films were also studied by comparing them with neat PLA.The results showed a pronounced increase in elongation at break of the plasticized PLA films with increasing TEC levels,but a slight reduction in thermal stability.Also,the addition of TEC and TDI to the blend system not only synergistically enhanced the tensile properties and tensile-impact strength of the PLA/PBAT blends,but also affected their crystallinity and cold crystallization rate,a result of the improvement of interfacial interaction between PLA and PBAT,including the enhancement of their chain mobility.The synergy of the plasticization and compatibilization processes led to the improvement of tensile properties,tensile-impact strength,and compatibility of the blends,accelerating cold crystallization without affecting crystallization. 展开更多

目的探究公共环境设计中对虚拟现实技术的应用策略及发展方向。方法从计算机的问世和虚拟现实技术谈起,分析虚拟现实技术给人们生活带来的诸多变化,接着从虚拟现实技术的内部进行剖析,探索其基本概念、基本特征和基本组成,在此基础上就... 目的探究公共环境设计中对虚拟现实技术的应用策略及发展方向。方法从计算机的问世和虚拟现实技术谈起,分析虚拟现实技术给人们生活带来的诸多变化,接着从虚拟现实技术的内部进行剖析,探索其基本概念、基本特征和基本组成,在此基础上就虚拟现实技术与公共环境设计结合运用的重要作用进行总结,得出其可以打破时间和空间的限制,弥补环境艺术创作中的不足,避免实际操作带来的潜在威胁,提高项目成本预算的精确度等实际效用,最后将落脚点置于博物馆、城市建筑、古典园林等公共环境中,就具体的虚拟现实技术应用路径展开探究。结论虚拟现实是计算机技术高度发展的产物,其与公共环境设计的结合,实现了科学技术与艺术的交融,使得环境艺术设计更加精准,更加人性化,充分展现了环境艺术的魅力。 展开更多

The nature of the crystalline phase of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) in compatible blends with poly(ethyl methacrylate)(PEMA) was investigated by using X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared microscopy(IR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The βphase of PVDF was observed after quenching from the melt and further annealing above the glass transition temperature over a composition range. The PVDF/PEMA blend with weight ratio of 3:2 has formed higher content of PVDF β crystals than others. By taking advantage of fast cooling rate of ultrafast differential scanning calorimeter(UFDSC), the quenching process of blends was modeled and tested simultaneously, and the melting behavior of β crystals in all blends was investigated. Three types of crystallization behavior of βphase PVDF in blends were found after quenching-annealing at different temperatures. 展开更多

The recycled layer in full-depth reclamation (FDR) method is a mixture of coarse aggregates and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) which is stabilized by a stabilizer agent. For design and quality control of the final product in FDR method, the unconfined compressive strength of stabilized material should be known. This paper aims to develop a mathematical model for predicting the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of soil-RAP blend stabilized with Portland cement based on multivariate adaptive regression spline (MARS). To this end, two different aggregate materials were mixed with different percentages of RAP and then stabilized by different percentages of Portland cement. For training and testing of MARS model, total of 64 experimental UCS data were employed. Predictors or independent variables in the developed model are percentage of RAP, percentage of cement, optimum moisture content, percent passing of #200 sieve, and curing time. The results demonstrate that MARS has a great ability for prediction of the UCS in case of soil-RAP blend stabilized with Portland cement (R2 is more than 0.97). Sensitivity analysis of the proposed model showed that the cement, optimum moisture content, and percent passing of #200 sieve are the most influential parameters on the UCS of FDR layer. 展开更多
