Objective: Eryngium with the 274 accepted species, is the largest genus of Apiaceae family which are distributed all over the world and have been used in traditional remedies to manage various ailments in different nations. Ten species of Eryngium have been identified in Iran including E. caeruleum M.B.(syn: E. caucasicum Trautv.), E. creticum Lam., E. bungei Boiss., E. billardieri F. Delaroche.(syn: E. kotschyi Boiss.), E. glomeratum Lam.(syn: E. parviflorum Sm.), E. bornumulleri Nab., E. pyramidale Boiss.& Husson., E. noeanum Boiss., E. wanaturi Woron.(syn: E. woronowii Bordz.), and E. thyrsoideum Boiss. The aim of the present research is to review pharmacological activity, and phytochemical constituents as well as ethnobotany and traditional uses of Iranian species of Eryngium. Materials and methods: Electronic databases including PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct (ISI Web of Knowledge) and Embase library were comprehensively searched for research on Eryngium. The search period was from 1966 to October 2018. The related articles were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criterias in our study. Results: A total of 57 papers were enrolled in analyses. The findings showed that Iranian species of Eryngium, had a noticeable diverse of traditional medicinal uses and also broad range of pharmacological activities as well as various phytochemical compounds. Some remarkable biological and pharmacological activities of these species have been demonstrated in present scientific studies, including antimicrobial, cytotoxic and anticancer, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antinociceptive activities as well as antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-snake and anti-scorpion venom effects. Conclusion: Iranian Eryngium species have enormous potential for prospective preparation of herbal medicinal products and are good candidates for discovering new drugs. 展开更多

Miniature flares containing magnesium/sodium nitrate compounded with different binders were studied for increasing luminosity and luminous efficiency in various fuel oxidizer ratio and flare diameters.Unsaturated polyester,Bisphenol-A epoxy resin,calcium resinate,and nitrocellulose were used as binders for construction the flares.Experimental results showed that luminous efficiency was higher for polyester based flares.Due to the difference in decomposition progress of various binders and the exothermic reaction between binder and oxidizer the luminous efficiency of the mixtures were 31000,28900,27800 and 25100 cd respectively for polyester,epoxy,calcium resinate,and nitrocellulose.It was found that nitrocellulose as an energetic binder produces the highest light intensity in comparison to other binders,but the burning rate is higher and the burning time is lower than the other binders.Thermal analysis of four binders showed that the heat of reactions was directly related to the amount of light output and luminosity. 展开更多

Cereals, including barley, have been playing a key role in human diet for a long time. The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of nanosilver(nAg) on limitation of infections, morphological features, and their chemical composition of young barley seedlings under in vitro condition. Addition of 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg dm^–3 nAg into MS medium was used.Obtained results showed that the effect on the morphological features depended on the nAg concentration. The addition of 6 and 8 mg dm^–3 nAg into MS medium limited the number of infected barley embryos in vitro, whereas 4 and 8 mg dm^–3 nAg resulted in the highest seedlings with the longest roots. nAg in the medium affected the colour of leaves and increased the contents of chlorophyll and β-carotene, in particular in seedlings growing in MS medium supplied with 6 mg dm^–3 nAg.The addition of 8 mg dm^–3 had the greatest effect on the contents of vitamin C and E in young barley seedlings. It was found that the contents of K and Ca in the young barley leaves were lower, as compared to control plants. The presence of 6 mg dm^–3 nAg in the medium resulted in an increased contents of N, Mg, Zn, Cu, and P. Hence, a diversified effect of nAg on individual groups of polyphenolic compounds was noticed. The presence of 2 and 8 mg dm^–3 nAg caused higher content values of polyphenolic compounds in young barley leaves. 展开更多

当前的外语教育改革倡导培养学生核心素养,普通高中英语课程标准(2017版)指出,高中英语学生的核心素养包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力,文秋芳教授将外语教育的六个关键能力归结为2LS+4CS,即语言能力、学习能力、思辨能力... 当前的外语教育改革倡导培养学生核心素养,普通高中英语课程标准(2017版)指出,高中英语学生的核心素养包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力,文秋芳教授将外语教育的六个关键能力归结为2LS+4CS,即语言能力、学习能力、思辨能力、创新能力、文化能力和合作能力,其中都提到了思辨能力,这说明我国的外语教育工作者已经开始意识到英语学习者思辨能力的培养的重要性了。本研究运用独立学院英语专业三年级学生的英语命题作文为研究工具,试图分析学生的思辨人格倾向中的认知成熟度及其与英语成绩之间的相关性。通过分析学生作文中的论点和主要论据,作者发现,学生的认知成熟度普遍较低,大多数选择读研的学生对研究生阶段的学习缺乏正确的认识,他们的读研动机呈现出了功利性的特点,即“为将来找到更好的工作”“独立院校学生不具备竞争力”“结交朋友”等,甚至出现了一些负动机,主要表现为“没有做好工作的准备”“避免进入社会”“家中不缺钱”等。本研究希望大学阶段英语专业的教学,尤其是阅读课与文学课的教学要注意选择一些热门话题供学生讨论,以培养学生的思辨能力。 展开更多

Mistletoes are parasite plants growing on various tree species,taking nutrients from the host.Beneficial compounds of mistletoe were used in medicine and these mistletoes were commonly collected from oak species that were not well identified.We analyzed the nutritional value by measuring proximate and mineral components of Korean mistletoe(Viscum album var.coloratum)from various host trees.Carbohydrate was the most proximate component in both leaves and twigs followed crude protein,crude fiber,crude ash and crude fat.While the contents of the proximate components and minerals varied among hosts and between plant parts,leaves contained higher crude protein and ash,and more minerals except for magnesium than twigs,although no significant difference was found inmistletoe grown on Prunus mandshurica.There were significant differences of proximate and mineral contents depending on the host species.Mistletoe grown on Chaenomeles sinensis contained higher levels of carbohydrates,crude fat,crude ash,magnesium,calcium,sodium,iron,and zinc than mistletoe grown on other species.Mistletoe grown on P.mandshurica contained high mineral levels of potassium,copper and phosphorous.The nutritional value of mistletoes were greatly influenced by the host species but among the hosts,specific nutrients accumulated in leaves more than in twigs,and vice versa.Based on the analysis,Korean mistletoe contains relatively good quality of nutrients and has high potential for dietary supplements as well as for medicinal compounds. 展开更多

In this study,nineteen brine samples from the Qarhan Salt Lake(QSL)inwestern China were collected and analyzed for boron(B)and chlorine(Cl)concentrations,total dissolved solids(TDS),pH values and stable B isotopic compositions.The B concentrations andδ^11B values of brines in the QSL range from 51.6 mg/L to 138.4 mg/L,and from+9.32‰to t13.08‰,respectively.By comparison of B concentrations and TDS of brines in QSL with evaporation paths of brackish water,we found that B enrichment of brines primarily results from strong evaporation and concentration of Qarhan lake water.Combining with comparisons of B concentrations,TDS,pH values andδ^11B values of brines,previously elemental ratios(K/Cl,Mg/Cl,Ca/Cl,B/Cl)andδ^11B values of halite from a sediment core(ISL1A),we observe good correlations between B concentrations and TDS,TDS and pH values,pH andδ^11B values of brines,which demonstrate that higher B concentrations and more positiveδ^11B values of halite indicate higher salinity of the Qarhan paleolake water as well as drier paleoclimatic conditions.Based on this interpretation of theδ^11B values of halite in core ISL1A,higher salinity of the Qarhan paleolake occurred during two intervals,around 46-34 ka and 26-9 ka,which are almost coincident with the upper and lower halite-dominated salt layers in core ISL1A,drier climate phases documented from theδ^18O record of carbonate in core ISL1A and the paleomoisture record in monsoonal central Asia,and a higher solar insolation at 30°N.These results demonstrate that theδ^11B values of halite in the arid Qaidam Basin could be regarded as a new proxy for reconstructing the salinity record of paleolake water as well as paleoclimate conditions. 展开更多

为了探讨我国典型区域典型农作物秸秆的组成及燃烧特性,在典型农作物种植区(河北省和吉林省)选择了三种典型秸秆(小麦秸秆、水稻秸秆和玉米秸秆),对其进行组分分析(工业分析、元素分析、纤维组成),借助差热-热重仪对其燃烧动力学特性进... 为了探讨我国典型区域典型农作物秸秆的组成及燃烧特性,在典型农作物种植区(河北省和吉林省)选择了三种典型秸秆(小麦秸秆、水稻秸秆和玉米秸秆),对其进行组分分析(工业分析、元素分析、纤维组成),借助差热-热重仪对其燃烧动力学特性进行研究。结果表明:三种秸秆中水稻秸秆灰分和综纤维素含量最高,小麦秸秆中S、Hg含量最高,其他工业分析(水分、挥发分、固定碳)和元素(C、H、O、N)组成均无明显差异。不同升温速率下,三种秸秆的TG和DTG曲线总体趋势相似,两个明显的失重峰分别对应挥发分的析出和燃烧阶段、固定碳燃烧阶段,且前者的失重率远高于后者;同一升温速率下,三种秸秆在低温燃烧区(挥发分析出和燃烧)的最大失重率由高到低依次为小麦秸秆>水稻秸秆>玉米秸秆,而高温燃烧区(固定碳的燃烧)玉米和水稻秸秆的最大失重率没有明显差别,均高于小麦秸秆。秸秆低温区燃烧和高温区燃烧动力学过程均符合二级燃烧动力学方程。研究表明,三种秸秆具有高挥发分、低灰分(水稻秸秆除外)、低硫的特点;秸秆的燃烧失重主要是挥发分的析出和燃烧,其次是固定碳的燃烧,而水分蒸发贡献量最少;快速失重峰形不仅与秸秆的组成有关,还与挥发分初析温度高低有关;双组分分阶段反应模型能够科学地描述农作物秸秆的燃烧动力学过程。 展开更多

以攀枝花地区的提钒尾渣、石灰与黄沙为原料,采用压制成型—蒸压养护法制备了蒸压砖,研究了升降压速度、蒸气压力与养护时间对样品抗压强度的影响,分析了样品的组成与显微结构,检测了样品的综合性能及放射性指数。结果表明:提高升压速... 以攀枝花地区的提钒尾渣、石灰与黄沙为原料,采用压制成型—蒸压养护法制备了蒸压砖,研究了升降压速度、蒸气压力与养护时间对样品抗压强度的影响,分析了样品的组成与显微结构,检测了样品的综合性能及放射性指数。结果表明:提高升压速度与蒸汽压力使样品的抗压强度先增大后减小,适当降低降压速度和延长养护时间可改善样品的抗压强度。当提钒尾渣、石灰与黄沙的质量分数分别为60%、23%与17%,升降压速度为0.7 MPa/h,蒸汽压力为2 MPa,养护时间为7 h时,制品的强度及放射性指数可满足相关的行业标准。XRD和SEM分析结果表明:经过蒸压养护后,制品中形成了针棒状的托贝莫来石,板片状的硬钙硅石与无定型水化硅酸钙等物相,上述水化产物与粗粒骨料相互交织,形成致密的结构,使制品具有较高的抗压强度数。 展开更多

Green tea is now widely considered as anticancer substance or food in global.Catechin,the main anticancer component in green tea,exhites the strong biological activity which not only eliminate free radicals showing antioxygenic function,but also suppress cell proliferation as well as induce cancer cell apoptosis via blocking corresponding signaling pathway.Furthermore,several studies have demonstrated it could regulate the gut microbiota.It also could regulate gut microbiota.Through these functions,it plays important roles in the occurrence and development of cancer.Here,the anticancer compounds in green tea,the theoretical basis of TCM,the clinic applications,as well as the anticancer mechanism are reviewed. 展开更多
