Epidermal leaf waxes of terrestrial higher plants have been widely utilized for the reconstructions of paleoenvironment and paleoclimate in peat deposits. In this study, specimens of four plant species growing in both peatland and non-peatland habitats were retrieved to compare their molecular, carbon(δ13 C) and hydrogen(δ2 H) isotopic compositions of leaf wax n-alkanes from a closed subalpine basin in Central China. Three of the four species show quite higher total concentrations of n-alkanes in the relatively dry non-peatland setting than in the peatland. In addition, the δ2 H values of long-chain n-alkanes are generally less depleted in the peatland and are comparable among different plant species, which is interpreted as the influence of inundation condition and the possible limited supply of photosynthetic products. This study reveals different patterns of plant wax molecular and isotopic compositions between peatland and the surrounding non-peatland conditions, and confirms the paleoenvironmental potential of leaf wax ratios on the peat sequences. 展开更多

目的考察RBL-2H3细胞是否适用于建立类过敏反应模型。方法用荧光定量聚合酶链反应考察RBL-2H3细胞上Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体(Mas-related G protein cou-pled receptor,Mrgpr)B2的表达情况;用显微镜观察和MTS法考察Compound 48/80对RBL-2H... 目的考察RBL-2H3细胞是否适用于建立类过敏反应模型。方法用荧光定量聚合酶链反应考察RBL-2H3细胞上Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体(Mas-related G protein cou-pled receptor,Mrgpr)B2的表达情况;用显微镜观察和MTS法考察Compound 48/80对RBL-2H3细胞活力的影响;测定不同浓度Compound 48/80刺激RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒释放的β-己糖胺酶含量,对比RBL-2H3细胞、人肥大细胞系LAD2和大鼠腹腔肥大细胞(rat peritoneal mast cells,RPMCs)对Compound 48/80响应性的差异。结果RBL-2H3细胞可表达MrgprB2受体。Compound 48/80能剂量依赖性地诱导RBL-2H3细胞释放β-己糖胺酶,但在高剂量(≥20 mg·L^-1)时对RBL-2H3的细胞活力产生明显影响,此时释放的β-己糖胺酶应当是由于其细胞毒作用引起细胞破裂所致。同在无毒剂量(10 mg·L^-1)的Compound 48/80刺激下,LAD2和RPMCs的响应性良好,β-己糖胺酶释放量分别为空白对照的15.02倍和16.05倍,而RBL-2H3细胞仅为空白对照的2.35倍。结论RBL-2H3细胞对Compound 48/80的响应性差,表明其并不适用于建立类过敏反应模型。 展开更多

In an effort to improve the performance of superconductors in the field and high temperatures it is important to study the superconducting mechanism. For this reason, the cation substitution can be conducted. One of the high Tc superconductors Gd1Ba2Cu3O7&minus;δ phase with Sr substitution has been synthesized, i.e. Gd1(Ba2&minus;xSrx)Cu3O7&minus;δ compound. The sample was synthesized by using a solid-state reaction method with a wet mixing, sintered for 12 hours at temperature 900°C. The synthesis results are characterized by using XRD. The results of Match-3 software analysis showed high (higher 85%) Gd1Ba2Cu3O7&minus;δ phase was formed. The Sr substitution causes changes to the structure, i.e. the lattice parameters a, b and c, where the orthorhombicity tends to decrease with increasing Sr content. Refinement results show that based on the oxygen occupancy, the total oxygen content tends to increase. 展开更多

Electric furnace short process steelmaking is one of the most important steelmaking methods in the world today, and the waste heat recovery potential of electric furnace flue gas is huge.?The research on the recovery of electric furnace flue gas waste heat is of great significance. In order to make better use of this part of the heat,?in this paper, a compound cycle of nitrogen Brayton cycle as a first-order cycle and toluene transcritical Rankine cycle as a second-order cycle is proposed to recover waste heat from furnace flue gas in steelmaking process for power generation. A mathematical model was established with the net output power as the objective function and the initial expansion pressure, the final expansion pressure, the initial expansion temperature and the initial pressure of the second cycle as the independent variables. The effect of multivariate on the net output power of the waste heat power generation cycle is studied, and then, the optimal parameters of the compound cycle are determined. The results show that under the general electric furnace steelmaking process, the power generation efficiency of this new cycle can be increased by 21.02% compared with the conventional cycle. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the autophagy-inducing effect of Compound Berberine (CBBR) on CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells and its possible targets in P13K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Methods: CNE2 cells at exponential growth phase were taken as the target cells in this study. Firstly, IC50 concentration for CBBR was determined by MTT assay. Then, 3 different concentrations of CBBR, 0.25 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1, 0.50 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1 and 1.00 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1, around the concentration of IC50, were taken for followed intervention experiments respectively. Fluorescein labeling method was utilized to assay the inducing effect of CBBR on the autophagic activity of CNE2 cells, followed by Western blot procedure to explore the changes of key messenger molecules in the autophagy-related signaling pathway of P13K/AKT/mTOR, both combined with 3-MA block test in a comparative way and carried out by detecting the expressive levels of Beclin 1, LC3-II and LC3-I as well as the ratio of LC3-II:LC3-I. Results: IC50 of CBBR was determined at the level of 0.5 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1. The inducing effect of CBBR on autophagy of CNE2 cells was shown occurring in various modes, not a simple concentration-dependent tendency, with its effect minimal at the concentration of 0.25 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1 and maximal at the concentration of 0.50 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1, while only slightly higher at the concentration of 1.00 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1 than that of 0.5 mg&sdot;mL&minus;1. Although its inducing effect was weakened a little following the pretreatment by 3-MA, the effect combined with CBBR was still significantly higher than that of simply blocked by 3-MA. Objective: The target prediction and molecular mechanism of compound Honggencao in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection were investigated based on network pharmacology. Methods: In the database of Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, chemical composition and potential targets of compound Honggencao were mined, and the target gene of upper respiratory tract infection of compound Honggencao was extracted from GeneCards databases. The protein-protein interaction of target genes was constructed. Then, the essential genes of enrichment of KEGG pathway analysis and functional analysis were analysed. Results: Compound Honggencao had 69 kinds of active ingredients. The upper respiratory tract infection of the target gene was 186 that built compound Honggencao on the relationship between upper respiratory tract infections of protein interaction networks, which had a total of 186 nodes, 3515 sides. Fifty-six essential genes were including IL-17, EGFR and CDND1, and so on. Gene ontology analysis had 2567 items, and pathway analysis was 166 items. The main signaling pathways involved with IL-17 signaling pathways, tumour necrosis factor signal pathway and human cytomegalovirus infection, and so on. Conclusion: The pharmacological action of compound Honggencao on upper respiratory tract infection was characterized by the synergistic effect of multiple components and multiple targets, which provided an absolute theoretical basis for the research on the pharmacological direction of molecular signaling pathway and a specific theoretical basis for clinical use. 展开更多

本研究利用Compound Composer软件,对广州主要城区、若干企业和市政设施周边大气中的细颗粒物(PM2.5)中的半挥发有机污染物种类进行了筛查和半定量分析。样品中共检出了10大类161个化合物,其中主要以增塑剂和正构烷烃化合物为主。在大... 本研究利用Compound Composer软件,对广州主要城区、若干企业和市政设施周边大气中的细颗粒物(PM2.5)中的半挥发有机污染物种类进行了筛查和半定量分析。样品中共检出了10大类161个化合物,其中主要以增塑剂和正构烷烃化合物为主。在大部分采样点中,增塑剂类化合物浓度最高,平均浓度为179 ng/m^3,占总检出污染物的15%~77%;正构烷烃的平均浓度为148 ng/m^3,占总检出污染物的12%~40%。源解析表明人为源贡献超过了80%。检出的农药类化合物包含了杀虫剂、杀菌剂和除草剂,其中以杀虫剂的种类最多且浓度最高(平均65.1 ng/m^3)。增塑剂、正构烷烃和农药均在市中心地区具有较高的浓度。有6种阻燃剂被检出,绝大部分为磷酸酯类化合物。阻燃剂及部分化工原料在点源采样点浓度高于城市背景点,显示为工业活动的排放。本研究为后续城市大气颗粒物重点有机污染物分析以及颗粒物的健康影响研究打下基础。 展开更多

The deactivation of catalyst is a significant reason for its limited application during the catalytic fast pyrolysis(CFP)process.To reduce the coke formation,binary compound impregnation(BCI)and chemical liquid deposition(CLD)were used to modify HZSM-5 catalysts.At the same time,the self-designed microwave reactor separated the pyrolysis of bamboo and catalytic upgrading of primary vapor,which made the catalytic effect more thorough.Experimental results indicated that CLD used TiO 2 deposition to cover external acid sites,while BCI by phosphorus-nickel could cover and partly destroy superficial acid sites through two different ways.Within the scope of the loaded amount studied,the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons in the oil phase increased at first and then decreased,while the coke formation reduced continuously.BTX(benzene,toluene and xylene),the most valuable product in bio-oil,drastically increased by 39.1%and 22.6%respectively over the CLD and BCI modified catalysts.Considering the catalytic performance as well as cost,CLD over HZSM-5 has more advantages in the CFP process to upgrade bio-oil. 展开更多

In order to reduce the pollutant emission and alleviate the pressure of petroleum resources shortage and greenhouse gas emission at the same time,the use of clean and renewable alternative fuel for marine engines is a promising option.In this study,a marine diesel engine,which was modified to run in diesel methanol compound combustion (DMCC) mode,was investigated.After the diesel injection parameters were calibrated,and combined with a sample after-treatment device DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst),the engine could meet the requirements of China II legislation.The overall MSP (methanol substitute percent) reached 54.1%.The value of each pollutant emission was much lower than that in China II emission legislation,and there was almost no methanol and formaldehyde emissions.When methanol was injected into the inlet manifold,the intake air temperature decreased a lot,as well as the exhaust gas temperature,which were beneficial to increase engine thermal efficiency and improve engine room environment.Compared with the engine running in pure diesel mode,when the engine ran in diesel/methanol dual fuel mode,the combustion phase was advanced,and the combustion duration became shorter.Therefore,the engine thermal efficiency increased,and fuel consumption decreased significantly. 展开更多

As one of the most active rare earths,CeO2 has caused extensive concern due to its multifunctional properties.CeO2-based compound oxide of M2O3-CeO2(M=La,Fe,and Al)were prepared by coprecipitation and impregnation methods.The photocatalytic performance of the samples for the degradation methylene blue was studied under UV and visible light irradiation.The effects of constituents on the properties of the CeO2-based catalysts were investigated by XRD,TEM,BET,and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The highest degradation of methylene blue under 230W UV light was almost 100%at 50 min by La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and 99.42%at 50 min by Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst.The methylene blue removal efficiency under indoor natural light reaches 93.81%by La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and 92.34%by Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst at 50 min.The order of catalytic degradation activity is La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>La2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>Al2O3,owing to their structural features.The doping of La^3+or Fe3+onto CeO2/γ-Al2O produced much more oxygen vacancies under light irradiation and reduced the energy laps of CeO2 with value of 2.86 ev,which improved the photocatalytic redox performance of the composite oxide. 展开更多

双环磺草酮是一种新型的对羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶抑制剂类除草剂,为明确其除草活性以及其与合成激素类除草剂氯氟吡啶酯复配后的除草效果,采用温室盆栽法研究了二者复配的联合作用类型,以及复配药剂在水稻与杂草之间的选择性,并进行了田... 双环磺草酮是一种新型的对羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶抑制剂类除草剂,为明确其除草活性以及其与合成激素类除草剂氯氟吡啶酯复配后的除草效果,采用温室盆栽法研究了二者复配的联合作用类型,以及复配药剂在水稻与杂草之间的选择性,并进行了田间药效评价。温室盆栽试验结果表明:双环磺草酮与氯氟吡啶酯复配后使用,对供试杂草稗草、千金子、异型莎草及鸭舌草均呈现加成或增效作用;其中二者按照质量比5:1复配后的除草活性高于双环磺草酮单剂;复配药剂在供试水稻品种与杂草之间的选择性指数在28.72~54.81之间,与两种单剂相比,复配药剂对水稻的安全性均有提高。田间药效试验结果表明:双环磺草酮与氯氟吡啶酯复配扩大了杀草谱,对稗草、千金子、异型莎草及雨久花的株防效和鲜重防效在93.4%~100%之间,且对水稻安全;其中,田间复配用量为双环磺草酮有效成分120 g/hm~2、氯氟吡啶酯有效成分18 g/hm~2时效果最佳,对4种供试杂草的防效为97.1%~100%。 展开更多

以刺五加、藿香、党参和五味子组成中草药复方一(添加量0.4g/kg);茵陈、大黄、黄芩等组成复方二(0.75g/kg);贯众、大青叶、板蓝根、紫草根等组成复方三(1.86g/kg),水煎剂拌饲。在水温(15.5±1)℃下,将体质量(115±4)g的施氏鲟Ac... 以刺五加、藿香、党参和五味子组成中草药复方一(添加量0.4g/kg);茵陈、大黄、黄芩等组成复方二(0.75g/kg);贯众、大青叶、板蓝根、紫草根等组成复方三(1.86g/kg),水煎剂拌饲。在水温(15.5±1)℃下,将体质量(115±4)g的施氏鲟Acipenser schrencki Brandt饲养于室内半径为1m的圆形水泥池中2.5个月,饲养试验期间每月前15d投喂上述药饵,后15d投喂基础饲料,对照组全程投喂基础饲料,日投喂量为2%,并于试验第16d、46d和76d测定鱼体质量、血清、肝脏、脾脏及头肾中免疫酶的活性,探讨三个中药复方对施氏鲟生长及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:3组中草药均能促进施氏鲟生长,与对照组相比,复方Ⅱ组促进施氏鲟生长显著(P<0.05)。实验第16d,复方Ⅰ和Ⅲ组中草药可显著提高施氏鲟头肾中溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P<0.05),复方Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组施氏鲟脾脏中AKP及血清中CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05);实验第46d,复方Ⅰ和Ⅲ组施氏鲟脾脏和头肾中LZM、AKP和CAT活性、血清中AKP活性及复方Ⅰ组肝脏中AKP活性显著提高(P<0.05);实验第76d,复方Ⅰ和Ⅱ组施氏鲟肝脏中AKP活性和脾脏中LZM活性及复方Ⅱ组施氏鲟脾脏中CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05)。综合比较,中草药复方Ⅱ在间断性给药方式下提高施氏鲟生长及免疫能力的效果较好。 展开更多

采用Abaqus有限元软件对比分析两种不同硬度胶料内胎的应力分布情况。结果表明:在距离气门嘴胶垫边缘13~23 mm的位置及胶垫边缘与内胎接触部位应力大,易产生撕裂和脱层破坏;内胎硬度越小,内胎的应力峰值和气门嘴胶垫边缘的应力均值越小。

[Objectives]To explore the effects of nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive on growth performance,meat quality and disease resistance of chickens.[Methods]Chickens were fed with nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive developed by Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology,including 120 chickens in the treatment group and 120 chickens in the control group(CK).The growth performance indices(body weight gain,feed to gain ratio and slaughter index),meat quality indices(pH value,color,drip loss,shear force)and disease resistance indices(morbidity and mortality)of the chickens in the treatment and CK groups were recorded and determined,respectively.[Results]The inclusion of 2%nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive in the diet significantly increased the growth rate,reduced the feed-to-gain ratio and improved the meat quality of the chickens.Supplementing Chinese herbal medicine could increase the pH value and reduce the drip loss and shear force of chicken meat.At the same time,the body's immune function,antioxidant level and resistance against diseases of the chickens fed with nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive were improved.[Conclusions]The inclusion of nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive in the diet can improve the growth performance,meat quality and disease resistance of chickens. 展开更多

以甲醛、环己酮和二乙烯三胺为原料,采用两步反应法,制备了性能优异的双曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂。根据正交实验设计理论,优化了主剂的第一步合成工艺条件,最佳合成工艺条件为:n(甲醛)∶n(环己酮)∶n(二乙烯三胺)=3∶2∶1,反应温度70℃,反应... 以甲醛、环己酮和二乙烯三胺为原料,采用两步反应法,制备了性能优异的双曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂。根据正交实验设计理论,优化了主剂的第一步合成工艺条件,最佳合成工艺条件为:n(甲醛)∶n(环己酮)∶n(二乙烯三胺)=3∶2∶1,反应温度70℃,反应时间6h,介质pH=4。使用甲醛和丙酮对单曼尼希碱进行改性,采用静态失重法对合成的缓蚀剂进行了评价。实验结果表明,以双曼尼希碱为主剂,加入BAA、OP-10、不饱和醇A等进行复配混合,可制备出具有协同效应的双曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂。缓蚀剂的最优配方为:10%缓蚀剂主剂+9%BAA+4%聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10(OP-10)+6%不饱和醇A。该复合酸化缓蚀剂在温度90℃、腐蚀时间4h、质量分数15%的盐酸介质、缓蚀剂加量为1%的条件下,N80钢片的腐蚀速率为3.2 g·(m^2·h)^-1,具有良好的缓蚀性能,并能达到一级指标。 展开更多
