Previous studies show that interconnects occupy a large portion of the timing budget and area in FPGAs.In this work,we propose a time-multiplexing technique on FPGA interconnects.In order to fully exploit this interconnect architecture,we propose a time-multiplexed routing algorithm that can actively identify qualified nets and schedule them to multiplexable wires.We validate the algorithm by using the router to implement 20 benchmark circuits to time-multiplexed FPGAs.We achieve a 38%smaller minimum channel width and 3.8%smaller circuit critical path delay compared with the state-of-the-art architecture router when a wire can be time-multiplexed six times in a cycle. 展开更多

We studied the molecular mechanism of the quality traits of wood formation in larch.We used the immature latewood cells of two Japanese larch(Larix kaempferi)clones with significant differences in density and in microfibrillar angle(MFA)as materials to analyze their gene expression profiles.A total of 1735 differentially expressed genes were detected in immature latewood cells of the two clones,among which,971 were up-regulated and 764 were down-regulated.Digital gene expression profiling analysis revealed that genes encoding transcription factor members NAC66 and R2R3-MYB4,microtubule-associated protein,actin-related protein,cell wall protein members,arabinogalactan protein,Fasciclin-like arabinogalactan protein and glycine-rich protein,and several cell-wall-synthesis genes affected wood density and MFA by regulating latewood formation at transcriptional level.Our study results represent a basis for selection of quality traits and genetic improvement of larch wood. 展开更多

It is not easy to characterize China’s economic system with the standard terms of mainstream economic science.Terms like“state capitalism”or“developmental state”are misleading;they overestimate the role of government and underestimate the role of the market in the development of the Chinese economy.I have selected the infocommunications sector as a case study for two reasons:Although development started relatively late around 2005,in just ten years,China became the world leader in such important digital services like e-commerce or online payment.The fast development was based on a unique combination of active government,fierce market competition,and innovative private sector.In analyzing the lessons from experience,I want to separate the contributions of different factors to the sector’s development.I will prove that the government’s strategic foresight and the business-friendly regulatory approach to the emerging technologies were very important,but the marketing of innovative products by the large Internet companies and the fierce competition between them played a significant role as well.Besides the past development,I will also present the major features of ongoing government programs,like“Internet+”and“Artificial Intelligence Program”. 展开更多

Carrier frequency and symbol rate estimation are the main contents of parameter estimation,which is the basis of modulation recognition and further processing of signals especially in non-cooperative communication.With the development of wireless communication,the signal transmission environment has become increasingly bad,causing more difficulties in parameter estimation.It is well known that the signal cycle spectrum is robust to noises and signal parameters are closely related.In practice,it is impossible to calculate the cyclic spectrum of infinite length data signals.When using finite length data to obtain a cycle spectrum,the truncation noise is induced,resulting in interference.It is necessary to overcome the influence of noises in order to improve the detection ability of discrete spectral lines.An improved method of the discrete spectral line extraction algorithm is proposed by reflecting the amplitude advantage of discrete spectral lines through salient features of continuous noises in discrete spectral line neighborhood. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Keratoconus is a degenerative corneal disease characterised by aberrant cell behaviour and loss of matrix that can result in vision loss.Cells extracted from peripheral corneas can form stem cell-enriched spheres,which have shown the potential to repopulate the normal peripheral corneal stroma in vitro upon sphere implantation but have not been previously studied in keratoconic tissue.AIM To investigate the therapeutic potential of stem cell-enriched spheres formed from extracted peripheral human corneal cells when introduced to keratoconic tissue.METHODS Stem cell-enriched spheres were formed from extracts of normal cadaveric human peripheral corneal cells.These spheres were implanted into incisions created in full thickness and onto the surface of 10μm thin sections of keratoconic and normal stromal tissues in vitro.Tissue sections were used to maximise use of limited keratoconic tissue available for research.Living cells were stained with Calcein-AM and visualised with stereo and fluorescence microscopy to assess survival and behaviours between the time of implantation day 0 and 14 d(D14)from implantation.Sphere cells in implanted tissues were characterised for stem cell and differentiation markers using immunohistochemistry and droplet digital PCR to assess the potential implications of these characteristics in the use of spheres in keratoconus treatment.RESULTS Spheres were successfully implanted into full-thickness central corneal tissue and onto the surface of 10μm thin en face tissue sections.No observable differences were seen in sphere migration,proliferation or differentiation in keratoconic tissue compared to normal between day 0 and D14.Spheres stained positively with Calcein-AM up to D14.Cell migration increased from day 0 to D14,occurring radially in three dimensions from the sphere and in alignment with tissue edges.Cell proliferation marker,EdU,was detected at day 10.Implanted spheres stained positively for putative stem cell markersΔNp63αand ABCB5,while ABCG2,ABCB5,ΔNp63 and p63� 展开更多

背景:医学影像信息系统在临床应用中逐步取代醋酸酯模板在胶片上进行测量的传统术前计划模式,可以准确地获得全膝关节置换手术操作过程中所需要的各项参数。目的:探讨医学影像信息系统在全膝关节置换术前计划与术后评估中的应用价值。方... 背景:医学影像信息系统在临床应用中逐步取代醋酸酯模板在胶片上进行测量的传统术前计划模式,可以准确地获得全膝关节置换手术操作过程中所需要的各项参数。目的:探讨医学影像信息系统在全膝关节置换术前计划与术后评估中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年3月至2018年3月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的重度膝关节骨关节炎患者,随机分2组,试验组(n=32)术前通过医学影像信息系统进行截骨规划,然后植入人工膝关节假体;对照组(n=32)术中依据X射线片进行截骨,然后植入人工膝关节假体,术中测试两组髌骨活动轨迹。术后复查膝关节正侧位和下肢全长X射线片,通过数字影像系统测量胫骨假体后倾角度和膝关节内(外)翻角度,评估下肢力线恢复情况;术后1,3,12个月进行患侧膝关节HSS评分,评估关节功能恢复情况。试验获得南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院伦理委员会批准。结果与结论:①试验组下肢力线满意率、髌骨活动轨迹优良率高于对照组(100%,91%;100%,94%,P<0.05),两组后倾截骨满意率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);②试验组术后1,3个月的膝关节HSS评分高于对照组[(80.5±9.06),(74.0±6.42)分,P<0.05;(89.5±4.11),(82.5±6.09)分,P<0.05],两组术后12个月的评分比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);③术后未发生与植入假体相关并发症及不良反应;④结果表明,通过医学影像信息系统可对全膝关节置换患者制定个性化截骨方案,提高截骨精确性,更好地矫正下肢力线,获得优良的髌骨活动轨迹,取得较好的手术早期疗效,1年内的随访结果较满意,远期疗效还有待进一步观察。 展开更多

Driven by continuous scaling of nanoscale semiconductor technologies,the past years have witnessed the progressive advancement of machine learning techniques and applications.Recently,dedicated machine learning accelerators,especially for neural networks,have attracted the research interests of computer architects and VLSI designers.State-of-the-art accelerators increase performance by deploying a huge amount of processing elements,however still face the issue of degraded resource utilization across hybrid and non-standard algorithmic kernels.In this work,we exploit the properties of important neural network kernels for both perception and control to propose a reconfigurable dataflow processor,which adjusts the patterns of data flowing,functionalities of processing elements and on-chip storages according to network kernels.In contrast to stateof-the-art fine-grained data flowing techniques,the proposed coarse-grained dataflow reconfiguration approach enables extensive sharing of computing and storage resources.Three hybrid networks for MobileNet,deep reinforcement learning and sequence classification are constructed and analyzed with customized instruction sets and toolchain.A test chip has been designed and fabricated under UMC 65 nm CMOS technology,with the measured power consumption of 7.51 mW under 100 MHz frequency on a die size of 1.8×1.8 mm^2. 展开更多

This paper presents a compact, low-power digital voice storage and playback system will be able to replace it. The basic principle of digital voice storage and playback system is the digital control of voice recording and playback. Among them, the key technology is that in order to increase the voice storage time and improve the utilization of memory, the use of non-distortion compression algorithm to compress the voice signal and then stored in the playback and then decompression while the input voice signal Filtering to suppress noise and interference, thus ensuring the reliable quality of voice playback. The system uses three methods, namely data acquisition, straight sampling, sample sampling and self-similar incremental modulation to complete the storage and playback of voice signals 32.7s, 65.5s and 147.4s respectively. The front straight AGC controls the speech signal within the controllable range of the A / D converter to ensure that the voice signal is not distorted. Bandpass filter a reasonable range eff ectively, filters out-of-band noise and reduces aliasing distortion. Through the post-level compensation circuit on the output of the voice signal correction, playback voice clear. The system has the functions of automatic recording, manual recording, recording and playing time display and protection of voice signal after power failure. 展开更多

A new concept of digital vector-layer structuring of landscape space at the local level (on a scale of 1:25,000) is considered on the example of Russian island and adjacent island systems of the Vladivostok urban district. Synthesis, analysis and evaluation of the internal and external content of landscape systems are carried out and altitude complexes of tracts are identified, in each of which altitudes are distinguished. It is noted that one of the main criteria for identifying high-altitude complexes and levels is the high-altitude criterion and the quantitative and qualitative changes in their internal content, taking into account the state of erosion-denudation lowland and mountain landscape systems formed under the influence of the Earth’s real material-energy flows and first of all gravitational energy. According to these criteria, landscape areas are classified and vertex, saddle, upper slope, middle slope and other altitude complexes of tracts are distinguished in each of which altitude levels are distinguished. Structuring and classification proposed to the reader are presented for further study of structures as objects of industry-specific indication and possibilities of using high-landscape complexes as development areas. Noted, as well as the fact that the study was conducted for the first time and is aimed at the practical implementation of the landscape approach in the development of landscape systems, defines the relevance of the work performed. 展开更多

Topographic feature points and lines are the framework of topography,and their spatial distance relationship is an breakthrough in the study of topographical geometry,internal structure and development level.Proximity distance(PD)is an indicator to describe the distance between the gully source point(GSP)and the watershed boundary.In the upstream catchment area,PDs can be expressed by the streamline proximity distance(SPD),as well as by the horizontal proximity distance(HPD)and the vertical proximity distance(VPD)in the horizontal and vertical dimensions,respectively.The series of indicators(e.g.,SPD,HPD and VPD)are important for quantifying the geomorphological development process of a loess basin because of the headward erosion of loess gullies.In this study,the digital elevation model data with 5 m resolution and a digital topographic analysis method are used for the statistical analyses of the SPD,VPD and HPD in 50 sample areas of 6 geomorphic types in the Loess Plateau of northern Shaanxi.The spatial characteristics and the influencing factors are also analysed.Results show that:1)Central tendencies for the HPDs and the VPDs for the whole study area and the six typical loess landforms are evident.2)Spatial patterns of the HPDs and the VPDs exhibit evident trends and zonal distributions over the whole study area.3)The HPDs have a strong positive correlation with gully density(GD)and hypsometric integral.The VPDs also correlates with GD to an extent.Vegetation cover,mean annual precipitation and loess thickness have stronger effects on the VPD than on the HPD. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Achenbach’s syndrome is a rare condition,and the etiology is unknown.It is most commonly seen in the volar plate of the hand distal interphalangeal joint.Patients diagnosed with Achenbach’s syndrome in cardiovascular surgery clinic were retrospectively compared with the literature.AIM To investigate the symptoms,findings,sociodemographic conditions,and laboratory data of patients diagnosed with Achenbach’s syndrome.METHODS The study is a retrospective review of 24 patients diagnosed with Achenbach’s syndrome at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital between March 2015 and November 2016,at Sivas Numune Hospital between November 2016 and November 2017,and at Cumhuriyet University Cardiovascular Surgery Department between November 2017 and November 2018.In the study,demographic characteristics of the patients,signs and symptoms of the disease,and laboratory data were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The cohort consisted of 83.33%female patients and 16.67%male patients.The disease was most commonly located in the index finger of the right hand.All of the patients complained of bruising and pain.No pathologic findings were present in the laboratory results.According to these results,it can be concluded that Achenbach syndrome is most commonly seen in the right index finger of middle-aged female patients.CONCLUSION Further research is needed to clarify Achenbach’s syndrome and to develop a diagnosis and treatment algorithm.As the awareness of this syndrome increases,large amounts of data will be obtained.According to current knowledge,Achenbach’s syndrome is not among the known causes of mortality or morbidity.However,it is unknown whether it is seen in brain or other vital organs. 展开更多

This study analyzed factors influencing consumers in the process of making a decision in online shopping. The findings could inspire suggestions for online marketers in developing either media or infrastructures accordingly. The variables in the study involved product information, price, service, transaction safety, environment, age, gender, educational background, and income rate as independent variables, while the process of purchasing decision served as a dependent variable. Primary data were gathered in 10 locations within Jabodetabek areas involving 270 respondents which were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study revealed that price, information product, and service as significant variables influencing consumers in online shopping. Service became the most important factor for marketers to be considered as it emerged as the most dominant variable influencing the process of making a decision in online shopping. 展开更多

The factors that affect accuracy are imaging system errors and data processing errors. Due to the complexity of aerial camera errors, this paper focuses on the design of digital aerial camera systems and the means to reduce system error and data processing inefficiencies. There are many kinds of digital aerial camera systems at present;however, these systems lack a unified physical model, which ultimately leads to more complicated designs and multi-camera modes. Such a system is complex and costly, as it is easily affected by factors such as vibration and temperature. Thus, the installed accuracy can only reach the millimeter level. Here, we describe a unified physical structure for a digital aerial camera that imitates an out-of-field multi-charge-coupled device (CCD), an in-field multi-CCD, and once-imaging and twice-imaging digital camera systems. This model is referred to as the variable baseline-height ratio spatiotemporal model. The variable ratio allows the opto-mechanical spatial parameters to be linked with height accuracy, thus providing a connection to the surface elevation. The twice-imaging digital camera prototype system and the wideband limb imaging spectrometer provide a transformation prototype from the current multi-rigid once-imaging aerial camera to a single rigid structure. Thus, our research lays a theoretical foundation and prototype references for the construction and industrialization of digital aerial systems. 展开更多
