The need for SIEM (Security Information and even Management) systems increased in the last years. Many companies seek to reinforce their security capabilities to better safeguard against cybersecurity threats, so they adopt multi-layered security strategies that include using a SIEM solution. However, implementing a SIEM solution is not just an installation phase that fits any scenario within any organization;the best SIEM system for an organization may not be suitable at all for another one. An organization should consider other factors along with the technical side when evaluating a SIEM solution. This paper proposes an approach to aid enterprises, in selecting an applicable SIEM. It starts by suggesting the requirements that should be addressed in a SIEM using a systematic way, and then proposes a methodology for evaluating SIEM solutions that measures the compliance and applicability of any SIEM solution. This approach aims to support companies that are seeking to adopt SIEM systems into their environments, suggesting suitable answers to preferred requirements that are believed to be valuable prerequisites an SIEM system should have;and to suggest criteria to judge SIEM systems using an evaluation process composed of quantitative and qualitative methods. This approach, unlike others, is customer driven which means that customer needs are taken into account when following the whole approach, specifically when defining the requirements and then evaluating the suppliers’ solutions. 展开更多

Introduction: In recent years, many tests have been developed to assess the mobility and functional capacity of children with motor dysfunctions. The Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) is a qualitative assessment test of the motor behavior of children aged 4 to 18 years. Purpose: The purpose of the proposed research is to determine the external reliability of the test Pediatric Balance Scale translated for the first time in Greek in children aged 4 to 18 years, in order to have a reliable tool in the hands of experts. Method: 26 children (14 girls and 12 boys with an average age of ±10,673 years of age) participated in this research. The Greek adaptation of the PBS and a Nikon 5300 digital camera for video recording were used for data collection. Results: The results found that there were no statistically significant differences between the two independent evaluators and that the Pediatric Balance Scale test had strong reliability. Overall, the results of the present investigation provided considerable evidence suggesting that the Greek adaptation of the PBS test has good inter-rater reliability and can be used to detect kinetic disorders in children aged 4 to 18 years for the Greek population. 展开更多

Weed incidence and biomass in tree crop plantations are mainly influenced by environmental, farm management practices and cropping systems. Manipulation of intercropping systems to improve weed management in coffee intercropped with oil palm requires a better understanding of spatial and temporal dynamics of weeds. To evaluate the effect of weed incidence and biomass in coffee intercropped with oil palm in avenue and hollow square arrangement, a study was carried out in Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN) in two locations. The locations are Idi-Ayunre (7&deg;25'N, 3&deg;24'E) (an alfisol) and Uhonmora (6&deg;5'N, 5&deg;50'E) (ultisol) in rainforest and derived savannah parts of Nigeria respectively. The experiment had three treatments comprising coffee sole (control), coffee with oil palm (Hollow square) arrangement and coffee with oil palm (Avenue) planting. Coffee was planted 3.0 m apart while oil palm was planted 9 m apart. Equal size of land area was used for coffee in each treatment. The experimental design was Randomized Complete Block (RCBD) with three replicates. Data on vegetative growth of coffee, weed incidence and biomass were taken at three-monthly intervals. The result showed that coffee/oil palm (Hollow Square) had the least weed incidence and biomass closely followed by coffee/oil palm (Avenue) planting. The control had the highest weed biomass which was significantly different from Hollow square and Avenue planting at P ≤ 0.05. The morphological parameters on coffee followed the same pattern but Hollow square arrangement was significantly higher than Avenue and control at P ≤ 0.05. 展开更多

海洋教育学需要在理论研究、实践研究、智库研究和评价研究等四个方面形成合力,四方发力形成海洋教育的四维模式。其中,理论研究是基础,实践研究是应用,智库研究是服务,评价研究是保障。开展科学严谨的海洋教育评价是深入推进海洋教育... 海洋教育学需要在理论研究、实践研究、智库研究和评价研究等四个方面形成合力,四方发力形成海洋教育的四维模式。其中,理论研究是基础,实践研究是应用,智库研究是服务,评价研究是保障。开展科学严谨的海洋教育评价是深入推进海洋教育实践、促进海洋教育开展必不可少的环节。基于培养人的海洋素养为主要内涵,以学校体系、社会体系、政府体系和研究体系等四类海洋教育机构作为评价对象,关注海洋教育评价中的政治与安全意识的主体性、人文与文化知识的人文性、自然海洋探索的科学性以及人与海洋良性互动的生态性。教育评价关注目标评价、过程评价和结果评价,海洋教育指标体系设计需要海洋素养理论、可持续发展理论、国际竞争力理论等理论支持。海洋教育评价需要重视海洋素养在评价中的核心概念作用。海洋素养和海洋教育观测点是海洋教育评价体系的重要依据。中国海洋教育评价(CMEE)分为内容评价、区域评价和机构评价三种类型,在当前机构评价是海洋教育评价的代表性形式。中国海洋教育机构评价指标体系(CMEIE,2020版)由品牌力、主题力、管理力与影响力4个一级指标构成,二级指标14项,三级指标45项,采取定量与定性相结合的方式,充分发挥国内外海洋教育专家等同行评价功能,严谨设计观测点,精准取样,将对于全方位了解我国海洋教育机构活动开展状况,引导海洋教育实践朝着科学化、精细化方向发展,具有重要的导向性作用,该指标体系将成为未来海洋教育机构评价的基础依据。 展开更多

The Beautiful China Initiative(BCI)is a plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation as well as for China to fulfill the United Nations’2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.The Chinese government’s“five-in-one”approach provides strategic arrangements for developing the BCI,and President Xi Jinping proposed a timetable and“road map”for the BCI at the National Conference on Ecological and Environmental Protection.Nevertheless,the theoretical basis,evaluation index system,evaluation criteria and effectiveness of the BCI are currently unclear.This paper begins by exploring the basic content of the BCI from narrow and broad perspectives.It regards the theory of human-nature harmonious coexistence and the five-in-one beauty theory as the core theoretical bases of the BCI and constructs a five-element BCI evaluation index system(ecological environment,green development,social harmony,system perfection and cultural heritage)and utilizes the assessment method of the United Nations’Human Development Index to assess scientifically the effectiveness of the BCI in 341 prefecture-level cities.The results show the average BCI index(the Chinese Academy of Sciences Beauty Index)score to be 0.28,which is quite low,while the average scores for the individual element indexes of the ecological environment index,green development index,social harmony index,system perfection index and cultural heritage index are 0.6,0.22,0.29,0.22 and 0.07,respectively.All of these are relatively low values,with relatively large discrepancies in regional development,indicating that progress in the BCI is generally slow and unbalanced.To realize the BCI’s timetable and roadmap to a high quality and high standard,it is suggested that a common system for evaluating the progress of the BCI is developed and promulgated so that dynamic monitoring and phased evaluations can take place;BCI technical assessment standards are compiled and published;BCI comprehensive zoning is undertaken;pilot projects adapted to local conditions 展开更多

The tumor objective response rate(ORR)is an important parameter to demonstrate the efficacy of a treatment in oncology.The ORR is valuable for clinical decision making in routine practice and a significant end-point for reporting the results of clinical trials.World Health Organization and Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)are anatomic response criteria developed mainly for cytotoxic chemotherapy.These criteria are based on the visual assessment of tumor size in morphological images provided by computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging.Anatomic response criteria may not be optimal for biologic agents,some disease sites,and some regional therapies.Consequently,modifications of RECIST,Choi criteria and Morphologic response criteria were developed based on the concept of the evaluation of viable tumors.Despite its limitations,RECIST v1.1 is validated in prospective studies,is widely accepted by regulatory agencies and has recently shown good performance for targeted cancer agents.Finally,some alternatives of RECIST were developed as immune-specific response criteria for checkpoint inhibitors.Immune RECIST criteria are based essentially on defining true progressive disease after a confirmatory imaging.Some graphical methods may be useful to show longitudinal change in the tumor burden over time.Tumor tissue is a tridimensional heterogenous mass,and tumor shrinkage is not always symmetrical;thus,metabolic response assessments using positron emission tomography(PET)or PET/CT may reflect the viability of cancer cells or functional changes evolving after anticancer treatments.The metabolic response can show the benefit of a treatment earlier than anatomic shrinkage,possibly preventing delays in drug approval.Computer-assisted automated volumetric assessments,quantitative multimodality imaging in radiology,new tracers in nuclear medicine and finally artificial intelligence have great potential in future evaluations. 展开更多

Addressing design evaluation as a critical yet under-researched domain,this study analyzes the design evaluation structure and its variables and criteria that guide its outcomes.Within a scope of architectural design in practice and education,this study develops a new tool for design quality evaluation.The study consists of four main parts.The first is explorative which reviews and analyzes literature in the assessment and evaluation fields.The second is derivative and used to develop a tool for design quality evaluation(DQE)that combines design criteria and detailed evaluation rubrics.The tool which is named"Evaluation Wheel"is intended to help designers,educators and other design-related stakeholders judge design products succinctly,comprehensively,systematically and graphically.The third part is experimental and is used to test the applicability of the proposed wheel.A set of design products are evaluated by a group of designers using two methods;one uses various design criteria,and the other uses the wheel tool introduced in this research.The fourth part is analytical and evaluative which uses deductive,inductive and abductive reasoning techniques to analyze and compare the findings of the third part.The findings are presented and discussed.The results that indicate a reduction of the discrepancies of the scores among the evaluators seem to support the uptake of the proposed wheel in the design evaluation fields. 展开更多

重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(recombinase polymerase amplification,RPA)是近几年新发展并普及应用的一种核酸扩增技术,能够实现检测设备小型化,从而满足现场诊断(point-of-care testing,POCT)的需求。本研究以鲤春病毒血症病毒(springviraem... 重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(recombinase polymerase amplification,RPA)是近几年新发展并普及应用的一种核酸扩增技术,能够实现检测设备小型化,从而满足现场诊断(point-of-care testing,POCT)的需求。本研究以鲤春病毒血症病毒(springviraemiaofcarp virus,SVCV)为检测靶标,建立了SVCV的RPA检测技术,并分析了该方法的灵敏性、特异性和稳定性,评判了该技术应用于POCT的可能性。结果表明:基于RPA的检测方法灵敏度较高,检测下限可达4×10~3 PFU/mL,但比以Taq酶为基础的RT-PCR技术略低;特异性好,未发现对其他水生动物疫病病原,如传染性造血器官坏死病病毒(IHNV)、病毒性出血性败血症病毒(VHSV)、传染性胰腺坏死病病毒(IPNV)、传染性鲑鱼贫血病病毒(ISAV)等发生非特异性反应;稳定性良好,3次重复性试验的结果近乎一致。试验证明,该方法能够替代RT-PCR技术,应用于POCT的试剂和仪器设备研发。 展开更多

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarms have been foreseen to play an important role in military applications in the future,wherein they will be frequently subjected to different disturbances and destructions such as attacks and equipment faults.Therefore,a sophisticated robustness evaluation mechanism is of considerable importance for the reliable functioning of the UAV swarms.However,their complex characteristics and irregular dynamic evolution make them extremely challenging and uncertain to evaluate the robustness of such a system.In this paper,a complex network theory-based robustness evaluation method for a UAV swarming system is proposed.This method takes into account the dynamic evolution of UAV swarms,including dynamic reconfiguration and information correlation.The paper analyzes and models the aforementioned dynamic evolution and establishes a comprehensive robustness metric and two evaluation strategies.The robustness evaluation method and algorithms considering dynamic reconfiguration and information correlation are developed.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified by conducting a case study analysis.The results can further provide some guidance and reference for the robust design,mission planning and decision-making of UAV swarms. 展开更多

[目的]构建西安市休闲农业资源评价体系,从定量方面对西安市主要休闲农业资源进行评价,以把握其自身发展现状,并实现对休闲农业资源的合理开发、规划及利用。[方法]采用层次分析法计算指标权重,采用加权评分法计算休闲农业资源综合得分。[结果](1)相对于准则层而言,资源的经济价值是评价休闲农业资源质量的最重要指标,其次为资源生态价值、资源观赏价值;资源科教价值和文化价值权重相同,相比于其他准则层指标权重最小,由此可见,休闲农业能为投资者带来的经济价值是决定其发展的重要因素,且资源的可持续发展能力已经成为影响休闲农业发展的不可或缺且重要的因素;(2)相对于指标层而言,投资收入比年降低率、营业额年增长率、生态稳定性、景色可观度、垃圾无害化处理率分别是评价西安市休闲农业资源质量的前5位重要指标。[结论]西安市具有代表性的休闲农业资源大多处于第Ⅲ等级,质量中等,尚有较大发展空间。尤其是农家乐模式较单一,西安市农家乐类休闲农业资源在拓展自身多功能方面还具有很大发展空间。 展开更多

目的对比两种咀嚼功能评估方法在老年患者中的运用效果,为临床选择适合的咀嚼功能评估方法提供参考。方法选取2018年1—6月经复旦大学附属中山医院门诊收入老年科病区的患者40例,同时使用咀嚼花生法和咀嚼口香糖+软件色彩分析法对每例... 目的对比两种咀嚼功能评估方法在老年患者中的运用效果,为临床选择适合的咀嚼功能评估方法提供参考。方法选取2018年1—6月经复旦大学附属中山医院门诊收入老年科病区的患者40例,同时使用咀嚼花生法和咀嚼口香糖+软件色彩分析法对每例患者进行咀嚼能力评估,记录并比较评估结果、操作时间、费用成本、安全性和患者接受程度。结果两种评估方法在评估结果、安全性、患者接受程度方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);但咀嚼口香糖+软件色彩分析法较咀嚼花生法所用操作时间更短、费用成本更低。结论两种咀嚼功能评估方法在临床安全性、评价结果的准确性、患者接受度等方面存在一致性,但咀嚼口香糖+软件色彩分析法较咀嚼花生法在操作耗时、实施成本等方面存在更多优势。 展开更多
