We theoretically investigate a two-cavity optomechanical system in which each optical cavity couples to a mechanical resonator via radiation pressure force,and the two optical cavities couple to each other via a distant waveguide.Our study shows that the multiple optomechanically induced transparency can be observed from the output field at the probe frequency.The number and width of the transparent windows can be tuned by the classical driving power Pl.We also analyze the distance of the two outermost transparency windows,which shows a linear relation with the parameters Pl andλ.Our approach is feasible for controlling multipartite induced transparency,which represents a valuable step towards quantum networks with photonic and phononic circuits. 展开更多

目的:观察雷火灸治疗人工流产术后月经过少的临床疗效.方法:将74例人工流产术后月经过少患者随机分为两组,每组37例.对照组予以常规激素序贯疗法;观察组予雷火灸治疗.疗程为3个月经周期.观察治疗前后中医证候评分、月经量、子宫内膜厚... 目的:观察雷火灸治疗人工流产术后月经过少的临床疗效.方法:将74例人工流产术后月经过少患者随机分为两组,每组37例.对照组予以常规激素序贯疗法;观察组予雷火灸治疗.疗程为3个月经周期.观察治疗前后中医证候评分、月经量、子宫内膜厚度及性激素指标水平,比较临床疗效.结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为91.4%和73.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者月经量、子宫内膜厚度及各项性激素指标水平较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),观察组改善情况优于对照组(均P<0.05).结论:雷火灸可以明显改善人工流产术后月经过少患者的临床症状,增加月经量和子宫内膜厚度,同时可以调节性激素水平,其疗效优于常规激素序贯疗法. 展开更多

The transient electromagnetic(TEM)method becomes more urgent than ever for marine ex-ploration due to abundant resource reserves and the increasing undersea engineering construction activities,especially in the offshore exploration of mineral deposits such as Sanshandao gold mine.However,the re-search and application of TEM method in marine environment are still challenged by many problems.Such contradiction motivates our study on the coincident-loop TEM in seafloor exploration.The TEM response of coincident loops is firstly derived in the integral form,based on the potential functions in Helmholtz equ-ations for a magnetic source locating in the whole-space layered model.The frequency-domain vertical magnetic field is described as the Hankel integral with double first-order Bessel functions of first kind.Se-condly,the time-domain induced voltage is obtained by transforming the frequency-domain response through the cosine transform and then taking the derivative of time.To simultaneously solve the Hankel transform and the cosine transform,a novel algorithm is introduced by adapting the fixed-point quadra-ture and extrapolation via the Shanks transformation.Finally,a typical conductivity model for marine po-lymetallic deposit is designed to investigate the characteristic of TEM response under various conditions.Numerical results demonstrate that existence of conductive seawater causes the TEM response to increase significantly and decay slower.The air-sea reflected electromagnetic waves lead to a significantly large fake negative response(NR)in shallower seawater with depth less than 300 m.Increase in the height of loops will weaken and delay the anomaly response and shorten the observation time-window.The height of configu-ration should be no more than 100 m for shallower targets and 50 m for deeper targets,respectively.The observation time-window should cover 10-1000 ms.Increase in the radius of loops only enhances the TEM response proportionally but hardly improves the relative anomaly.The vertical resolution on the low-resistivity target approximates 20 m for the configuration considered in the study.Decreases in D.C.resistivity and chargeability cause the positive response(PR)to increase significantly and decay more ra-pidly.Meanwhile,the NR is advanced and enlarged significantly and decays slower compared with the PR.The influence of time constant is not monotony and there exists an optimal value for producing the maxi-mum NR.As the frequency parameter increases,the PR is caused to decay more rapidly without magni-tude change and the NR is advanced and decays more rapidly with significant increase in magnitude.The influence of frequency parameter is more pronounced than that of time constant. 展开更多

Vortex induced vibration(VIV)is a challenge in ocean engineering.Several devices including fairings have been designed to suppress VIV.However,how to optimize the design of suppression devices is still a problem to be solved.In this paper,an optimization design methodology is presented based on data-driven models and genetic algorithm(GA).Data-driven models are introduced to substitute complex physics-based equations.GA is used to rapidly search for the optimal suppression device from all possible solutions.Taking fairings as example,VIV response database for different fairings is established based on parameterized models in which model sections of fairings are controlled by several control points and Bezier curves.Then a data-driven model,which can predict the VIV response of fairings with different sections accurately and efficiently,is trained through BP neural network.Finally,a comprehensive optimization method and process is proposed based on GA and the data-driven model.The proposed method is demonstrated by its application to a case.It turns out that the proposed method can perform the optimization design of fairings effectively.VIV can be reduced obviously through the optimization design. 展开更多

A variety of DNA-based probes are utilized for the detections of multiple analytes and DNA nanotechnology has been thriving for recent decades and achieving numerous nanostructures,mainly focusing on DNA morphology modulation and multifunctional systems engineered into to the complicated works.Among the numerous detections,fluorescence method is a non-invasive,highly selective and sensitive means for varieties of applications,but their emissions are often compromised by the aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)effect,which weakens their applications.The aggregation induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)are created with non emissive or weakly emissive in a low concentration but emit strong fluorescence in a high concentration with aggregated states.Herein,numerous functionalized AIEgens have been emerged and used for detection and imaging and DNA-modified AIEgen probes are introduced.In this vein,here we report the progress on DNA-modified AIEgen probes in recent years and highlight their conjugation strategies including covalent bonding,electrostatic interaction and their applications of biosensing.Moreover,multiple DNA strands are needed to introduce into the DNA-modified AIEgen probes for more purposes.At the end,some challenges are mentioned to discuss the new trend of DNA-modified AIEgen probes. 展开更多

Upper ocean responses to the passage of sequential tropical cyclones over the northwestern South China Sea(SCS)in 2011 were investigated using satellite remote sensing data,Argo reanalysis data,and an array of mooring data.We found that the sea surface low temperature region lasted for more than 38 days and two phytoplankton blooms occurred after the passage of sequential tropical cyclones.The upper ocean cooling reached 2–5°C with a right-side bias was observed along the typhoon track to about 200 km.The maintenance of low temperature region and the two phytoplankton blooms were mainly driven by upwelling and near-inertial turbulence mixing induced by the sequential tropical cyclones.The fi rst phytoplankton bloom appeared on the 7 th day after the passage of the three tropical cyclones,and the chlorophyll-a(chl-a)concentration increased by 226%,which may be mainly driven by typhoons induced upwelling.The second phytoplankton bloom occurred on the 30 th day,the chl-a concentration increased by 290%.Further analysis suggested that only the typhoons with similar characteristics as Nesat and Nalgae can induce strong near-inertial oscillation(NIO).Strong turbulent mixing associated with the near-inertial baroclinic shear instability lasted for 26 days.The measured mean eddy diff usivity in the upper ocean was above 10-4 m 2/s after typhoon Nesat.Enhancement of the turbulent mixing in the upper ocean helped to transport nutrient-rich cold waters from the deep layer to the euphotic layer,and is a major mechanism for the long-term maintenance of low temperature region as well as the second phytoplankton bloom. 展开更多

The vertical mixing parameterization scheme,by providing the eff ects of some explicitly missed physical processes and more importantly closing the energy budgets,is a critical model component and therefore imposes signifi cant impacts on model performance.The Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass(YSCWM),as the most striking and unique phenomenon in the Yellow Sea during summer,is dramatically aff ected by vertical mixing process during its each stage and therefore seriously sensitive to the proper choice of parameterization scheme.In this paper,a hindcast of YSCWM in winter of 2006 was implemented by using the Regional Ocean Modeling System(ROMS).Three popular parameterization schemes,including the level 2.5 Mellor-Yamada closure(M-Y 2.5),Generic Length Scale closure(GLS)and K-Profi le Parameterization(KPP),were tested and compared with each other by conducting a series of sensitivity model experiments.The infl uence of diff erent parameterization schemes on modeling the YSCWM was then carefully examined and assessed based on these model experiments.Although reasonable thermal structure and its seasonal variation were well reproduced by all schemes,considerable diff erences could still be found among all experiments.A warmer and spatially smaller simulation of YSCWM,with very strong thermocline,appeared in M-Y 2.5 experiment,while a spatially larger YSCWM with shallow mixed layer was found in GLS and KPP schemes.Among all the experiments,the discrepancy,indicated by core temperature,appeared since spring,and grew gradually by the end of November.Additional experiments also confi rmed that the increase of background diff usivity could eff ectively weaken the YSCWM,in either strength or coverage.Surface wave,another contributor in upper layer,was found responsible for the shrinkage of YSCWM coverage.The treatment of wave eff ect as an additional turbulence production term in prognostic equation was shown to be more superior to the strategy of directly increasing diff usivity for a coastal region. 展开更多

Spinal cord injury is a research hotspot by virtue of its difficulty to treat and its escalating morbidity. Furthermore, spinal cord injury has a long period of disease progression and leads to complications that exert a lot of mental and economic pressure on patients. There are currently a large number of therapeutic strategies for treating spinal cord injury, which range from pharmacological and surgical methods to cell therapy and rehabilitation training. All of these strategies have positive effects in the course of spinal cord injury treatment. This review mainly discusses the problems regarding stem cell therapy for spinal cord injury, including the characteristics and action modes of all relevant cell types. Induced pluripotent stem cells, which represent a special kind of stem cell population, have gained impetus in cell therapy development because of a range of advantages. Induced pluripotent stem cells can be developed into the precursor cells of each neural cell type at the site of spinal cord injury, and have great potential for application in spinal cord injury therapy. 展开更多

With the development of the global economy,the safety of agricultural production has attracted intense attention.To minimize the risk of harmful ingredients in the whole industry chain,it is very necessary to cover the entire process of safety inspections from planting to production to environmental management.Fluorescence sensing as a promising and powerful screening tool is widely used for the detection of ions,toxic gases,biological molecules and so on.However,traditional fluorescent probes often suffer from aggregation-induced quenching(ACQ)effects,which limits their practical applications.In this regard,aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)can perfectly address this notorious issue and have shown great potential in agricultural safety analysis.In this review,we briefly summarize their applications in agricultural safety monitoring,including the fabrication of agricultural film,agricultural sewage treatment and selective detection of harmful residues in agricultural products.The challenge and future development of AIEgens in this field are also discussed and highlighted.Hopefully,this review can inspire more researchers to participate in this fascinating area. 展开更多

Insulin resistance(IR)is associated with several metabolic disorders,including type 2 diabetes(T2D).The development of IR in insulin target tissues involves genetic and acquired factors.Persons at genetic risk for T2D tend to develop IR several years before glucose intolerance.Several rodent models for both IR and T2D are being used to study the disease pathogenesis;however,these models cannot recapitulate all the aspects of this complex disorder as seen in each individual.Human pluripotent stem cells(hPSCs)can overcome the hurdles faced with the classical mouse models for studying IR.Human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)can be generated from the somatic cells of the patients without the need to destroy a human embryo.Therefore,patient-specific hiPSCs can generate cells genetically identical to IR individuals,which can help in distinguishing between genetic and acquired defects in insulin sensitivity.Combining the technologies of genome editing and hiPSCs may provide important information about the genetic factors underlying the development of different forms of IR.Further studies are required to fill the gaps in understanding the pathogenesis of IR and diabetes.In this review,we summarize the factors involved in the development of IR in the insulin-target tissues leading to diabetes.Also,we highlight the use of hPSCs to understand the mechanisms underlying the development of IR. 展开更多

Cell transplantation has come to the forefront of regenerative medicine alongside the discovery and application of stem cells in both research and clinical settings.There are several types of stem cells currently being used for pre-clinical regenerative therapies,each with unique characteristics,benefits and limitations.This brief review will focus on recent basic science advancements made with embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells.Both embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells provide platforms for new neurons to replace dead and/or dying cells following injury.Due to their capacity for reprogramming and differentiation into any neuronal type,research in preclinical rodent models has shown that embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells can integrate,survive and form connections in the nervous system similar to de novo cells.Going forward however,there are some limitations to consider with the use of either stem cell type.Ethically,embryonic stem cells are not an ideal source of cells,genetically,induced pluripotent stem cells are not ideal in terms of personalized treatment for those with certain genetic diseases the latter of which may guide regenerative medicine away from personalized stem cell based therapies and into optimized stem cell banks.Nonetheless,the potential of these stem cells in central nervous system regenerative therapy is only beginning to be appreciated.For example,through genetic modification,stem cells serve as ideal platforms to reintroduce missing or downregulated molecules into the nervous system to further induce regenerative growth.In this review,we highlight the limitations of stem cell based therapies whilst discussing some of the means of overcoming these limitations. 展开更多

目的探讨亚低温长时干预治疗高分级动脉瘤继发蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)疗效及预后危险因素。方法回顾性分析商丘市第三人民医院2013年3月至2019年3月收治的高分级动脉瘤继发aSAH病人共116例,均给予亚低温长时干预,记录临床疗效及随访预后指... 目的探讨亚低温长时干预治疗高分级动脉瘤继发蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)疗效及预后危险因素。方法回顾性分析商丘市第三人民医院2013年3月至2019年3月收治的高分级动脉瘤继发aSAH病人共116例,均给予亚低温长时干预,记录临床疗效及随访预后指标,并采用单因素及logistic回归模型分析病人死亡危险因素。结果全部病人亚低温干预时间为5~14 d,干预时间(7.61±2.94)d;治疗过程中出现心律失常、低血压、下肢深静脉血栓、肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、应激性溃疡、胃肠功能紊乱、应激性高血糖、低钾血症、脑血管痉挛及脑积水分别为71例(61.21%),98例(84.48%),19例(16.38%),62例(53.45%),11例(9.48%),17例(14.66%),109例(93.97%),35例(30.17%),49例(42.24%),61例(52.59%),19例(16.38%);而治疗后死亡16例(13.79%);预后良好64例(55.17%),预后不良52例(44.83%);单因素分析提示,亨特-赫斯(Hunt-Hess)分级V级和合并脑血管痉挛与病人死亡相关(P<0.05);同时logistic回归模型多因素分析提示,Hunt-Hess分级V级和合并脑血管痉挛是病人死亡独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论亚低温长时干预治疗高分级动脉瘤继发aSAH安全有效,而Hunt-Hess分级V级和合并脑血管痉挛是该类病人死亡独立危险因素。 展开更多

The generation and manipulation of strong entanglement and Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR)steering in macroscopic systems are outstanding challenges in modern physics.Especially,the observation of asymmetric EPR steering is important for both its fundamental role in interpreting the nature of quantum mechanics and its application as resource for the tasks where the levels of trust at different parties are highly asymmetric.Here,we study the entanglement and EPR steering between two macroscopic magnons in a hybrid ferrimagnet—light system.In the absence of light,the two types of magnons on the two sublattices can be entangled,but no quantum steering occurs when they are damped with the same rates.In the presence of the cavity field,the entanglement can be significantly enhanced,and strong two-way asymmetric quantum steering appears between two magnons with equal dissipation.This is very different from the conventional protocols to produce asymmetric steering by imposing additional unbalanced losses or noises on the two parties at the cost of reducing steerability.The essential physics is well understood by the unbalanced population of acoustic and optical magnons under the cooling effect of cavity photons.Our finding may provide a novel platform to manipulate the quantum steering and the detection of bi-party steering provides a knob to probe the magnetic damping on each sublattice of a magnet. 展开更多

目的观察丙泊酚对睡眠障碍患者无痛人工流产术后睡眠质量的影响。方法根据术前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,选取行无痛人工流产的患者110例,其中睡眠障碍(PSQI>5分)患者(D组)和无睡眠障碍(PSQI≤5分)患者(S组)各55例,静脉给予丙泊... 目的观察丙泊酚对睡眠障碍患者无痛人工流产术后睡眠质量的影响。方法根据术前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,选取行无痛人工流产的患者110例,其中睡眠障碍(PSQI>5分)患者(D组)和无睡眠障碍(PSQI≤5分)患者(S组)各55例,静脉给予丙泊酚2.0 mg/kg进行麻醉,分别在术前(T0)及术后7 d(T1)和30 d(T2)进行PSQI及其各指标评分。结果去除失访人数后,D组纳入48例,S组纳入50例。与S组相比,T0时D组的PSQI、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱和日间功能障碍得分较高(F=7.545~149.335,P<0.05),T1时PSQI、主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间和日间功能障碍得分较高(F=5.729~17.462,P<0.05),T2时的PSQI、主观睡眠质量和入睡时间得分较高(F=9.878~16.462,P<0.05)。与T0时比较,D组患者T1时的PSQI、入睡时间和睡眠效率得分明显降低(F=5.807~8.088,P<0.05),T2时的PSQI、入睡时间和睡眠时间得分明显降低(F=4.640~19.538,P<0.05);S组T1时睡眠效率得分明显升高(F=10.272,P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚对接受无痛人工流产的睡眠障碍患者术后7 d和30 d的睡眠质量可能有改善作用,而对无睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量可能无明显影响。 展开更多

Spectral induced polarization(SIP)and bender element(BE)techniques show a high sensitivity to particle size,particle distribution and content of generated hydration products,which essentially govern the efficiency of ground improvement.In this context,both SIP and BE were integrated on a column setup to monitor the processes of lime and cement stabilization.A 5 mmol/L Na2CO3 solution was injected into the sand-lime mixture to produce CaCO3 precipitation,while deionized water was injected into the sandcement mixture to induce the hydration of cement.The average diameters of the precipitated particles or clusters were calculated from the relaxation time,which was a significant parameter of SIP signals,via the Schwarz equation.Two pairs of BE were used to demonstrate the heterogeneity of the product precipitation,which was probably caused by the location of the inflow and outflow on the SIP-BE column.SIP and BE showed the capability of nondestructively monitoring the spatiotemporal chemical evolution processes,which could be helpful for engineering applications. 展开更多
