The online customer reviews provide important information for product improvement and redesign.However,many reviews are redundant with only several short sentences,which may even conflict with each other on the same aspect of a product.Thus it is usually a very challenging task to extract useful design information from the reviews and provide a clear description on the product’s various aspects amongst its competitors.In order to resolve this issue,we propose an approach to build hierarchical product profiles to describe a product’s kernel design aspects quantitatively.It is achieved via three main strategies:a double propagation strategy to achieve the associated features and customers’descriptions;a deep text processing network to build the aspect hierarchy;an aspect ranking approach to quantify each kernel design aspect.Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach on online reviews. 展开更多

论文主要研究在消费时代的背景下,现代建筑作为产品(层面),满足用户需求的主要途径和方式,以及该方式对现代建筑设计意识所产生的影响。随着生产型社会向消费型社会转变,以及现代建筑产品化趋势的逐步增强,建筑设计、生产与社会消费的... 论文主要研究在消费时代的背景下,现代建筑作为产品(层面),满足用户需求的主要途径和方式,以及该方式对现代建筑设计意识所产生的影响。随着生产型社会向消费型社会转变,以及现代建筑产品化趋势的逐步增强,建筑设计、生产与社会消费的关系开始发生转变,从生产为主导转向以消费为主导。现代建筑开始全面与工业产品的生产方式并轨。通常建筑师的关注重点停留在设计、生产层面,而建筑用户则更多关注消费层面自身利益的满足。关注重点的差异,使得建筑设计、生产和用户消费实现之间,供需双方缺乏必要的联接。今天,建筑领域对于这一重要环节,缺乏明晰、深入的研究。论文研究思路突破传统建筑学只研究建筑设计、生产问题,不研究建筑消费(使用)的弊端。从现代建筑消费视角的用户消费需求和目的出发,梳理现代建筑产品化发展的过程。同时,研究方法上,引入行为主义心理学中,对于人类活动目的性和认知性的"目的-手段”理论研究方法。根据个人价值影响个人行为的原则,建构起二元三重的“价值-行为”体系,把用户个人价值的实现作为最终目的,将建筑用户对于利益的认知方式作为达成目的的手段,通过“属性T需求/利益T个人价值”这个“目的-手段”链条,进行逆向推导,提出现代建筑产品属性的概念。并根据建筑用户对于利益认知的方式分类,划分现代建筑产品属性的分类,并在此基础上进行逐一论证。现代建筑产品属性的出现,引发了消费时代建筑设计意识的转变,即建筑设计中主体关系的重新定位以及再定位后的双向化发展,这将对建筑设计意识产生深刻的影响。由此,论文中针对现代建筑的产品属性探索,提出一种价值实现合理、用户需求满足且注重效益的建筑设计策略。论文结诒指出消费时代背景下,现代建筑产品属性的架 展开更多

The digital universe is growing at significant rates in recent years. One of the main responsible for this sentence is the Internet of Things (IoT), or IoT, which requires a middleware that should be capable to handle this increase of data volume at real time. Particularly, data can arrive in the middleware in parallel as in terms of input data from radiofrequency identification readers as request-reply query operations from the user’s side. Solutions modeled at software, hardware, and/or architecture levels present limitations to handle such load, facing the problem of scalability in the IoT scope. In this context, this article presents a model denoted Eliot - elasticity-driven IoT - which combines both cloud and high-performance computing to address the IoT scalability problem in a novel electronic product code (EPC) global-compliant architecture. Particularly, we keep the same application programming interface but offer an elastic EPC information services (EPCISs) component in the cloud, which is designed as a collection of virtual machines (VMs) that are allocated and deallocated on the fly in accordance with the system load. Based on the Eliot model, we developed a prototype that could run over any black box EPCglobal-compliant middleware. We selected the Fosstrak for this role, which is currently one of the most used IoT middlewares. Thus, the prototype acts as an upper layer over the Fosstrak to offer a better throughput and latency performances in an effortless way. The results are encouraging, where Eliot outperforms the non-elastic approach both in terms of response time and request throughput. 展开更多

Pharmacodynamics simulation of HOEC by a computational model of arachidonic acid metabolic network

Backgrounds Arachidonic acid (AA) metabolic network is activated in the most inflammatory related diseases, and small-molecular drugs targeting AA network are increasingly available. However, side effects of above mentioned drugs have always been the biggest obstacle.什)-2-( 1 -hydroxy 1-4-oxocycIohexyl) ethyl caffeate (HOEC), a natural product acted as an inhibitor of 5-Iipoxygenase (5-LOX) and 15-LOX in vitro^ exhibited weaker therapeutic effect in high dose than that in low dose to collagen induced arthritis (CIA) rats. In this study, we tried to elucidate the potential regulatory mechanism by using quantitative pharmacology. Methods: First, we generated an experimental data set by monitoring the dynamics of AA metabolites, concentration in A23187 stimulated and different doses of HOEC co-incubated RAW264.7. Then we constructed a dynamic model of A23187-stimulated AA metabolic model to evaluate how a model-based simulation of AA metabolic data assists to find the most suitable treatment dose by predicting the pharmacodynamics of HOEC? Results: Compared to the experimental data, the model could simulate the inhibitory effect of HOEC on 5-LOX and 15-LOX, and reproduced the increase of the metabolic flux in the cyclooxygenase (COX) pathway. However, a concomitant, early-stage of stimulation-related decrease of prostaglandins (PGs) production in HOEC incubated RAW264.7 cells was not simulated in the model. Conclusion-. Using the model, we predict that higher dose of HOEC disrupts the flux balance in COX and LOX of the AA network, and increased COX flux can interfere the curative effects of LOX inhibitor on resolution of inflammation which is crucial for the efficient and safe drug design. 展开更多

Shopping Search Engine(SSE)implies a unique challenge for validating distinct items available online in market place.For sellers,having a user finding relevant search results on top is very difficult.Buyers tend to click on and buy from the listings which appear first.Search engine optimization devotes that goal to influence such challenges.In current shopping search platforms,lots of irrelevant items retrieved from their indices;e.g.retrieving accessories of exact items rather than retrieving the items itself,regardless the price of item were considered or not.Also,users tend to move from shoppers to another searching for appropriate items where the time is crucial for consumers.In our proposal,we exploit the drawbacks of current shopping search engines,and the main goal of this research is to combine and merge multiple search results retrieved from some highly professional shopping sellers in the commercial market.Experimental results showed that our approach is more efficient and robust for retrieving a complete list of desired and relevant items with respect to all query space. 展开更多

According to normative-resource theory,the balance of marital power is influenced by the effect of socioeconomic resources and subcultural expectations.The purpose of our study is to empirically test the effects of Japanese married individuals’comparative socioeconomic variables—education,age,occupation status,personal income,family income,urban/rural living area,years married,and the presence/number of children;and normative resources—the four dimensions of sex role orientation—on decision-making authority across the stages of automobile purchasing.The data of 500 demographically heterogeneous married individuals are analyzed by using a Lasso(least absolute shrinkage and selection operator)regression to select variables and to improve the accuracy of prediction and interpretation.The findings reveal that wives’authority is significantly influenced across all stages by their personal income and specific dimensions of their sex role orientation.On the other hand,husbands’authority is not affected by their perception of role norms,but only by their age.Contrary to expectations,the effects of education,occupation,and employment status are not significant in any of the cases,opening a discussion for cross-cultural comparison.The findings are interpreted and transformed into actionable items for managerial implications. 展开更多

In order to obtain the market information of agricultural products, the price fluctuation can be analyzed and predicted. A distributed big data software platform based on Hadoop, Hive and Spark is proposed to analyze and forecast agricultural price data. Firstly, Hadoop, Hive and Spark big data frameworks were built to store the data information of agricultural products crawled into MYSQL. Secondly, the information of agricultural products crawled from MYSQL was exported to a text file, uploaded to HDFS, and mapped to spark SQL database. The data was cleaned and improved by Holt-Winters (three times exponential smoothing method) model to predict the price of agricultural products in the future. The data cleaned by spark SQL was imported and predicted by improved Holt-Winters into MYSQL database. The technologies of pringMVC, Ajax and Echarts were used to visualize the data.
