Assessing Drought Conditions in Cloudy Regions Using Reconstructed Land Surface Temperature 认领

Temperature vegetation dryness index(TVDI)in a triangular or trapezoidal feature space can be calculated from the land surface temperature(LST)and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),and has been widely applied to regional drought monitoring.However,thermal infrared sensors cannot penetrate clouds to detect surface information of sub-cloud pixels.In cloudy areas,LST data include a large number of cloudy pixels,seriously degrading the spatial and temporal continuity of drought monitoring.In this paper,the Remotely Sensed Daily Land Surface Temperature Reconstruction model(RSDAST)is combined with the LST reconstructed(RLST)by the RSDAST and applied to drought monitoring in a cloudy area.The drought monitoring capability of the reconstructed temperature vegetation drought index(RTVDI)under cloudy conditions is evaluated by comparing the correlation between land surface observations for soil moisture and the TVDI before and after surface temperature reconstruction.Results show that the effective duration and area of the RTVDI in the study area were larger than those of the original TVDI(OTVDI)in 2011.In addition,RLST/NDVI scatter plots cover a wide range of values,with the fitted dry–wet boundaries more representative of real soil moisture conditions.Under continuously cloudy conditions,the OTVDI inverted from the original LST(OLST)loses its drought monitoring capability,whereas RTVDI can completely and accurately reconstruct surface moisture conditions across the entire study area.The correlation between TVDI and soil moisture is stronger for RTVDI(R=-0.45)than that for OTVDI(R=-0.33).In terms of the spatial and temporal distributions,the R value for correlation between RTVDI and soil moisture was higher than that for OTVDI.Hence,in continuously cloudy areas,RTVDI not only expands drought monitoring capability in time and space,but also improves the accuracy of surface soil moisture monitoring and enhances the applicability and reliability of thermal infrared data under extreme conditions. 展开更多

目的探讨CT序列图像分割的分割及重建。方法主要结合B样条蛇线算法和模糊边缘增强算法使一些组织器官在CT图像上的二维分割得以实现,同时采用提绘制三维重建分割后的序列图像。临床实践证实,该方法具有良好的效果。程序作为子功能使用,... 目的探讨CT序列图像分割的分割及重建。方法主要结合B样条蛇线算法和模糊边缘增强算法使一些组织器官在CT图像上的二维分割得以实现,同时采用提绘制三维重建分割后的序列图像。临床实践证实,该方法具有良好的效果。程序作为子功能使用,其以Java的医学图像分析系统为基础。结果三维重建的效果对二维分割的精确度极为敏感,有跳变出现在某一幅图像或几幅图像上均会显著影响实体重建。因此,重建效果能够从一定程度上对分割的准确性进行验证。结论运用B样条蛇线算法结合模糊边缘增强算法使分割得以实现,同时运用体绘制方法三维重建分割后的序列图像。实现过程中依据实际改进了这几种算法。图像二维切片、三维重建的结果均显示了良好的效果。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Patellar tendon rupture is a rare disease,and reports regarding patellar tendon reconstruction with ligament augmentation reconstruction system(LARS)ligaments are limited,with only three reports available in the literature.LARS ligaments are made of polyethylene terephthalate and have been certified as a more favorable option than other tendon transplants.To our knowledge,this is the first report of patellar tendon reconstruction with LARS for suture fixation due to poor quality of the tendon after multiple operations to enable early mobilization and quick rehabilitation.CASE SUMMARY A 65-year-old woman had limited ability in extending her leg and an inability to perform a straight leg raise after multiple operations due to patella fracture.The patient underwent patellar tendon reconstruction with LARS artificial ligaments.After 12 mo of follow-up,the patient was able to perform a straight leg raise,and the incision healed well without complications.The Lysholmscore was 95 and the range of motion of the knee was 0-130°.CONCLUSION This study revealed that patellar tendon reconstruction with LARS artificial ligaments is possible in a patient with a patellar tendon rupture who required rapid postoperative recovery. 展开更多

Introduction: Breast cancer cases, mastectomy and following reconstruction procedures are growing in numbers. Despite being lifesaving, mastectomies have a destructive psychological impact on the patients. On the other hand, breast reconstruction improves psychological damages within the same population. Various techniques for nipple reconstruction were described in literature. Trillium flap is an innovative technique to reconstruct neo-nipple with several advantages that make it superior to other popular flaps. Objectives: To come up with an innovative design for reconstructing a neo-nipple post mastectomy, that is superior to other popular flaps. Results: The Trillium flap design has less visible and easily camouflaged scars, is geometry-based, specific, well-detailed and flexible to produce a tailored nipple with any desired height and diameter and ensures the flaps good vascularity and the neo-nipple projection sustainability. Conclusion: Trillium flap is an innovative technique to reconstruct neo-nipple with several advantages that make it superior to other popular flaps. The results shown in the study are for experimental procedures done on human tissue samples of excised flaps from abdominoplasties and brachioplasties. Further application on actual cases is needed with monitoring of neo-nipple projection sustainability on the long term. 展开更多

Biliary complications have always been a dreaded cause of morbidity after living donor liver transplantation.While intrinsic variations in both graft and recipient biliary anatomy remain a significant factor to the difficulty of biliary reconstruction,our institution has taken advantage of its high volume of cases to critically review and evaluate modifiable operative risk factors,in particular,our surgical protocols.We present herein,the evolution of our reconstructive biliary technique from conventional methods to our current standard of microsurgical biliary reconstruction for both graft and recipient ducts.Over this period of transition,our center has created a classification system for biliary reconstruction that decreased the biliary complication rates from 40.0%to 10.2%. 展开更多

The key to high manoeuvre ability in bird flight lies in the combined morphing of wings and tail.The perching of a wild Haliaeetus Albicilla without running or wing flapping is recorded and investigated using a high-speed digital video.A shape reconstruction method is proposed to describe wing contours and tail contours during perching.The avian airfoil geometries of the Aquila Chrysaetos are extracted from noncontact surface measurements using a ROMBER 3D laser scanner.The wing planform,chord distribution and twist distribution are fitted in convenient analytical expressions to obtain a 3D wing geometry.A three-jointed arm model is proposed to associate with the 3D wing geometry,while a one-joint arm model is proposed to describe the kinematics of tail.Therefore,a 3D bird model is established.The perching sequences of the wild eagle are recaptured and regenerated with the proposed 3D bird model.A quasi-steady aerodynamic model is applied in the aerodynamic predictions,a four-step Adams-Bashforth method is used to calculate the ordinary differential equations,thus a BFGS based optimization method is established to predict the perching motions. 展开更多

Objective:There has been a significant shift from open craniofacial resection of the anterior skull base to endoscopic approaches that accomplish the same outcomes in tumor ablation.However,when open resection is required,free flap reconstruction is often necessary to provide sufficient well-vascularized tissue for optimal wound healing as well as providing adequate tissue bulk for cosmesis.This articleaims to providea focused review of free flaps most commonly used in anterior skull base reconstruction.Methods:This is a state-of-the-art review based on expert opinion and previously published reviews and journal articles,queried using PubMed and Google Scholar.Results&conclusion:Anterior skull base reconstruction via free tissue transfer is imperative in limiting complications and promoting healing,particularly with large defects,post-radiation,and in at-risk patients.The type of free flap utilized for a particular anterior skull base reconstruction should be tailored to the patient and nature of the disease.This review offers insight into the numerous reconstructive options for the free flap surgeon. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of spectral CT reconstruction mode for carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,70 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions in our hospita1 were selected as the research object.A11 patients were diagnosed with cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound and spectral CT scan under spectral cr reconstruction mode.Taking the results of coronaryf angiography as the"gold standard",the clinical value of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions was compared and analyzed.Results:Coronary angiography diagnosis confirmed that 33 of 70 patients with suspected carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions had vulnerable plaques and 37 had stable plaques.The accuracy of Spectral CT examination of carotid artery plaque was 87.14%(61/70),sensitivity was 90.91%(30/33),specificity was 83.78%(31/37),and the positive predictive value was 83.33%(30/36),the negative predictive value is 91.76%(31/34),which is higher than that of cervical vascular ultrasonography(61.43%,60.61%,56.76%,57.89%,65.63%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Spectral CT in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions with higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,is more significant and can provide a more reliable and effective imaging basis. 展开更多

目的分析3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折的效果。方法以2015年1月—2019年6月江苏省溧阳市人民医院骨科共44例髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折患者为对象,将其中22例视作对照组,接受髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固... 目的分析3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折的效果。方法以2015年1月—2019年6月江苏省溧阳市人民医院骨科共44例髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折患者为对象,将其中22例视作对照组,接受髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗,另外22例视作观察组,接受3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=0.531、0.910,P>0.05);观察组术后1、2、3个月的髋关节功能评分为(70.45±10.45)分、(76.98±11.28)分、(82.37±12.45)分,对照组为(64.83±8.79)分、(69.83±10.23)分、(75.02±11.07)分(t=3.042、2.202、3.070,P<0.05);观察组术后1个月骨折复位优良率为90.91%,对照组优良率81.82%(χ^2=0.772,P>0.05)。结论 3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折手术效果良好,髋关节功能改善更明显。 展开更多

We investigate the influence of the source’s energy fluctuation on both computational ghost imaging and computational ghost imaging via sparsity constraint,and if the reconstruction quality will decrease with the increase of the source’s energy fluctuation.In order to overcome the problem of image degradation,a correction approach against the source’s energy fluctuation is proposed by recording the source’s fluctuation with a monitor before modulation and correcting the echo signal or the intensity of computed reference light field with the data recorded by the monitor.Both the numerical simulation and experimental results demonstrate that computational ghost imaging via sparsity constraint can be enhanced by correcting the echo signal or the intensity of computed reference light field,while only correcting the echo signal is valid for computational ghost imaging. 展开更多

目的比较在3D打印技术辅助下行前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament, ACL)重建与传统治疗方案在手术时间、股骨骨隧道长度、术后近期疗效的差异。方法选取2017年6月-2018年5月收治的ACL断裂患者30例,随机分为两组,每组15例,观察组予... 目的比较在3D打印技术辅助下行前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament, ACL)重建与传统治疗方案在手术时间、股骨骨隧道长度、术后近期疗效的差异。方法选取2017年6月-2018年5月收治的ACL断裂患者30例,随机分为两组,每组15例,观察组予以关节镜下3D导板辅助ACL重建手术治疗,另外一组为对照组(传统重建组),两组均采用单束重建,观察对比两组患者手术时间、股骨骨隧道长度及术后Lysholm膝关节评分(术后疗效评价)。结果全部患者均随访3个月以上,观察组手术时间(46.3±12.2) min,股骨骨隧道长度(42.47±3.248) mm,术后3个月Lysholm膝关节评分(95.35±5.05)分;对照组手术时间(61.5±20.2) min,股骨骨隧道长度(42.67±5.678) mm,观察组骨隧道较对照组集中。Lysholm膝关节评分(88.18±9.80)分;其中观察组的手术时间和术后Lysholm膝关节评分较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而平均住院日差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3D导板辅助下前交叉韧带重建手术时间更短,术后膝关节Lysholm评分更优,股骨骨隧道长度更稳定可控。 展开更多
