Phosphorous tetrabenzotriazacorrole(TBC)and its two soluble derivatives(TBC-1 and TBC-2)were synthesized and used for the first time as undoped hole transporting materials(HTMs)in MAPbI3 perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Their performance in PSCs was measured and compared with that of SpiroOMeTAD and phthalocyanine precursor.The fundamental properties related to HTMs are also examined.These novel HTMs are easily prepared,cost-effective,and solution processable.The materials exhibited much higher hole transport mobility and broader light absorption than pristine Spiro-OMeTAD and phthalocyanine precursor.They can work efficiently in the absence of any dopant for devices composed of FTO/cp-TiO2/mp-TiO2/MAPbI3/HTM/Au.The undoped mesoscopic solar cell devices based on TBC exhibited a promising power conversion efficiency(PCE)of up to 16.2%(measured at 100 mWcm2 illumination,AM 1.5 G),together with good long-term stability under ambient conditions.This PCE of 16.2%observed using TBC is remarkably higher than the 11.2%observed using undoped Spiro-OMeTAD and also much better than the 8.70%observed using its phthalocyanine precursor.As to substitution effects,α-substituted TBC-1 was found to be a better HTM thanβ-substituted TBC-2(PCE 11.4%)and unsubstituted TBC-3(PCE 6.81%)under the same conditions.These results provide the basis for further exploiting TBC compounds as a new type of low-cost and effective HTM for PSCs. 展开更多

The device preconditioning dependent hysteresis and the consequential performance degradation hinder the actual performance and stability of the perovskite solar cells. Ion migration and charge trapping in the perovskite with large contribution from grain boundaries are the most common interpretations for the hysteresis. Yet, the high performing devices often include intermediate hole and electron transporting layers, which can further complicate the dynamical process in the device. Here, by using Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy and Confocal Photoluminescence Microscopy, we elucidate the impact of chargetransporting layers and excess MAI on the spatial and temporal variations of the photovoltage on the MAPbI3-based solar cells. By studying the devices layer by layer, we found that the light-induced ion migration occurs predominantly in the presence of an imbalanced charge extraction in the solar cells, and the charge transporting layers play crucial role in suppressing it. Careful selection and processing of the electron and hole-transporting materials are thus essential for making perovskite solar cells free from the ion migration effect. 展开更多

随着陆地金属资源的日益枯竭,深海矿产资源已经成为各国的重要战略目标。在深海采矿过程中,海底锰结核的形状除了圆球状,还有长条状等,颗粒形状对固液两相流管道输送特性具有很大影响。基于固液两相流垂直管道提升输送试验系统,探究不... 随着陆地金属资源的日益枯竭,深海矿产资源已经成为各国的重要战略目标。在深海采矿过程中,海底锰结核的形状除了圆球状,还有长条状等,颗粒形状对固液两相流管道输送特性具有很大影响。基于固液两相流垂直管道提升输送试验系统,探究不同工况下长条状颗粒在垂直上升流中最小输送速度的变化规律及特性,并得到了长条状群体颗粒最小输送速度计算公式。结果表明:长条状颗粒在垂直管道中上升过程中,颗粒中心轴与输送方向趋向于垂直,使颗粒在管道截面的投影面积最大化;长条状单颗粒的最小输送速度随着颗粒长径比增大而减小;在不同长径比工况下,随着管段颗粒平均浓度减小,长条状群体颗粒的最小输送速度均增大,且随着长径比增大,群最小输送速度减小。 展开更多

Two novel fluorene-based hole transporting materials (HTMs) were synthesized to be used in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). C102 was designed based on C101 by simply linking the two carb on-carbon single bonds to compose a "dispiro" structure. Their typically similar structures cause them sharing almost the same energy levels. However, their photovoltaic performances are quite different due to the small variations. The PSC that contained the "dispiro" structure, C102, reached a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 17.4%, while the device contained C101, obtained a lower PCE of 15.5%. Electrochemical properties and Photovoltaic characterization of the two materials have been investigated to explain the result. It is shown that C102 has a stronger ability to transport holes and resist the charge recombination. Thus, the dispiro structure should be more appropriate being used as HTM in PSCs. 展开更多

The development of p-i-n structured perovskite solar cells(PSCs) requires more extensive explorations on seeking efficient, low cost and stable hole transporting materials(HTMs). Small molecular HTMs are superior to polymeric ones in terms of synthetic reproducibility as well as purity. However, thin films composed of small molecules are usually labile during the solution-based perovskite deposition. Herein, we propose a molecular engineering strategy of incorporating oligothiophene as conjugation bridge to develop robust oligomer HTMs for p-i-n type PSCs. Upon increasing the oligothiophene chain length from α-bithiophene to α-quaterthiophene and α-hexathiophene, their HOMO energy levels remain unchanged, but their solubility in common organic solvents decreased remarkably, thus greatly enhancing their tolerance to the perovskite deposition. The rational design of oligothiophene chain length can effectively tune their optoelectronic properties as well as thin film stability under polar solvent soaking. The best performance is achieved by an α-quaterthiophene based HTM(QT), showing a high efficiency of 17.69% with fill factor of 0.81, which are comparable to those of a commercially available benchmark polymer HTM(poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4-dimethylphenyl) amine], PTAA) based devices fabricated under the same conditions. Our developed oligomer system not only provides the definite molecular structures like small molecule-type HTMs, but also exhibits the excellent filmforming like polymer-type HTMs, thus achieving the well-balanced parameters among solvent tolerance, thin film conductivity,and interfacial charge transfer efficiency, especially building up a platform to develop low cost and reproducible efficient HTMs in p-i-n structured perovskite solar cells. 展开更多

N-type doping in electron transport materials is an effective way to improve the electron collection and enhance the performance of the perovskite solar cells (PSCs).Here,for the first time,an antibiotic and antimicrobial compound of 1-(o-Tolyl)biguanide (oTb) is used to dope the electron transport material of phenyl- C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM).The oTh doping into the PCBM can increase the conductivity and reduce the work function of the PCBM.The oTb doping can significantly enhance the fill factor (FF)of the perovskite solar cells with the structure of glass/ITO/NiO]MAPbI3/(oTb)PCBM/(PEIE)/Ag.For the cells without PEIE (polyethylenimine ethoxylated)coating,the oTb doping increases the FF from 0.57 to 0.73.S-shaped of the current density-voltage (J-V)characteristic under illumination is removed after the oTb doping.For the cells with PEIE coating between the (oTb)PCBM and Ag,the oTb doping increases the FF from 0.70 to 0.82.These results show the potential of the oTb as an n-dopant in the applications of perovskite solar cells. 展开更多

We fabricated three phosphorescent blue organic light-emitting devices based on blue phosphor of iri-dium(Ⅲ) bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2'](Firpic) with different electron transporting layer(ETL) materialsBy analyzing efficiency curves and spectral characteristics, the significant effect of ETL on many aspects of deviceperformance was demonstrated. With optimized ETL, the characteristics of devices, such as voltage and efficiencywere significantly improved. Combined with a yellow phosphor of iridium(Ⅲ) bis(4-phenylthieno[3,2-c]pyridinato-N,C2') acetylacetonate(PO-01), phosphorescent white organic light-emitting devices(PhWOLEDs) were obtained.Then, with an aim to promote the performance of the PhWOLEDs~ a thin layer of 4,4',4"-tri(N-carbazolyl)-triphenylamine(TCTA) was introduced between two light emission layers, and the diffusion of excitons was confined.The outperformance device fabricated with 4,7-diphenyl-l,10-phenanthroline(Bphen) as the electron transportinglayer exhibited a peak current efficiency of 36.6 cd/A, a peak power efficiency of 19.2 lm/W, and the InternationalCommission on Illumination coordinates(0.37, 0.46). 展开更多

活动期的开启断裂会影响地层流场的分布。如何恢复断裂活动中的瞬时流场,如何定量评价活动期断裂的输导性,依然是断裂与流体运移关系研究中的薄弱环节。尝试利用数值模拟的方法,在非均-地质模型建立的基础上,在断裂活动前初始流场... 活动期的开启断裂会影响地层流场的分布。如何恢复断裂活动中的瞬时流场,如何定量评价活动期断裂的输导性,依然是断裂与流体运移关系研究中的薄弱环节。尝试利用数值模拟的方法,在非均-地质模型建立的基础上,在断裂活动前初始流场与断裂活动后末流场已知的情况下,通过不断调整影响地层流场的关键参数——渗透系数,最终获得与末流场吻合的瞬时流场及断裂活动期的渗透率。以库车前陆盆地克拉苏冲断带为例,模拟结果表明,活动期断裂的顶部出现相对高气势的凸起区,流体倾向于向围岩运移,是流体的释放区;断裂的底部出现“U”字形相对低气势的下凹区,为流体的吸入区;断裂带纵向的气势梯度减小,流体垂向运移的动力减弱,但由于断裂带的高渗性,可弥补动力的不足;在如此的“泵吸”作用下,深部天然气可向断裂顶部地层运移;不同断裂的“泵吸”作用强度不同,决定了哪些断裂会成为主要的“气源断裂”及以断裂为运移通道的气藏的富集程度;克拉2气藏下伏F2-k断裂在活动期的渗透率为24.9μm2,明显高于大北1气藏下伏F3断裂的渗透率5.78×10-3μm2,是引起2个气藏富集程度差异的主要原因。 展开更多

Gadoxetic acid- or gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid-enhanced magneticresonance imaging (EOB-MRI) achieves excellent lesiondetection and characterization for both hypervascularhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in arterial phase imagingand hypovascular early HCC (small well-differentiatedHCC of the vaguely nodular type) in hepatobiliary phaseimaging, and has become an indispensable imagingmodality in the treatment of HCC. Early HCCs havebeen detected more frequently since the introductionof EOB-MRI into daily clinical practice. Early HCC isknown to progress to conventional hypervascular HCC,and many risk factors have been identified for thehypervascularization of early HCC including the diameterof the tumor, presence of fat, and imaging findings ofEOB-MRI. The rate of the development of hypervascularHCC was previously reported to be high in patients withchronic liver disease and early HCC. The presence ofearly HCC is regarded as a predictor for the recurrenceof HCC following hepatic resection. On the other hand,although early HCC itself is currently not regarded as atarget lesion for hepatic resection, early HCC at high riskof hypervascularity needs to be treated by local ablationtherapy. If concomitant early HCC with progressedHCC is at high risk of hypervascularization and thefunctional liver reserve of a patient is sufficient, itssimultaneous treatment at the time of hepatic resectionfor progressed HCC is recommended. Bilirubin,a major end product of heme breakdown,is an important constituent of bile,responsible for its characteristic colour.Over recent decades,our understanding of bilirubin metabolism has expanded along with the processes of elimination of other endogenous and exogenous anionic substrates,mediated by the action of multiple transport systems at the sinusoidal and canalicular membrane of hepatocytes.Several inherited disorders characterised by impaired bilirubin conjugation(Crigler-Najjar syndrome typeⅠand typeⅡ,Gilbert syndrome)or transport(Dubin-Johnson and Rotor syndrome)result in various degrees of hyperbilirubinemia of either the predominantly unconjugated or predominantly conjugated type.Moreover,disrupted regulation of hepatobiliary transport systems can explain jaundice in many acquired liver disorders.In this review,we discuss the recent data on liver bilirubin handling based on the discovery of the molecular basis of Rotor syndrome.The data show that a substantial fraction of bilirubin conjugates is primarily secreted by MRP3 at the sinusoidal membrane into the blood,from where they are subsequently reuptaken by sinusoidal membrane-bound organic anion transporting polypeptides OATP1B1 and OATP1B3.OATP1B proteins are also responsible for liver clearance of bilirubin conjugated in splanchnic organs,such as the intestine and kidney,and for a number of endogenous compounds,xenobiotics and drugs.Absence of one or both OATP1B proteins thus may have serious impact on toxicity of commonly used drugs cleared by this system such as statins,sartans,methotrexate or rifampicin.The liverblood cycling of conjugated bilirubin is impaired in cholestatic and parenchymal liver diseases and this impairment most likely contributes to jaundice accompanying these disorders. 展开更多

合福铁路铜陵长江大桥主桥为双塔多跨连续钢桁梁三索面斜拉桥,其3号桥塔墩采用圆端形沉井基础,沉井高68m,其中上部18m为钢筋混凝土结构,下部50m为钢壳混凝土结构,总重约5 000t。50m钢沉井在工厂分6节制造、组拼,由1 200t浮吊起吊装船、1... 合福铁路铜陵长江大桥主桥为双塔多跨连续钢桁梁三索面斜拉桥,其3号桥塔墩采用圆端形沉井基础,沉井高68m,其中上部18m为钢筋混凝土结构,下部50m为钢壳混凝土结构,总重约5 000t。50m钢沉井在工厂分6节制造、组拼,由1 200t浮吊起吊装船、12 800t驳船运输至墩位,第1节钢沉井利用浮吊整节段起吊入水后自浮,在墩位处抛设锚锭临时定位,第2~6节钢沉井利用浮吊整节段起吊并对接接高,钢沉井采用无导向船重锚精确定位。实践证明,大型钢沉井整节段制造、运输、现场整节段对接接高施工技术保证了钢沉井的整体质量,加快了沉井施工进度。 展开更多
