An unsupervised clustering technique is firstly used to determine the number of if-then fuzzy rules and generate an initial fuzzy rule base from the given input-output data. Then, a class of neurofuzzy networks is constructed and its weights are tuned so that the obtained fuzzy rule base has a high accuracy. Finally, two examples of function approximation problems are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Thus, a bistatic SAR system based up on geostationary transmitter and 'receive-only' SAR system onboard airplanes, namely GEO spaceborne-airborne bistatic(GEO SA-Bi SAR), is significantly different from the traditional bistatic SAR. This paper mainly studies the resolution characteristic of the sliding spotlight GEO SA-Bi SAR system. Firstly, the common azimuth coverage and coherent accumulated time are theoretically analyzed in detail. Then,based on the gradient method, the accurate two dimensional resolution of a GEO SA-Bi SAR system is analytically calculated. Finally, the simulation data show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed resolution analysis method. 展开更多

Storage reliability assessment model based on competition failure of multi-components in missile 认领

The degradation data of multi-components in missile is derived by periodical testing. How to use these data to assess the storage reliability (SR) of the whole missile is a difficult problem in current research. An SR assessment model based on competition failure of multi-components in missile is proposed. By analyzing the missile life profile and its storage failure feature, the key components in missile are obtained and the characteristics voltage is assumed to be its key performance parameter. When the voltage testing data of key components in missile are available, a state space model (SSM) is applied to obtain the whole missile degradation state, which is defined as the missile degradation degree(DD). A Wiener process with the time-scale model (TSM) is applied to build the degradation failure model with individual variability and nonlinearity. The Weibull distribution and proportional risk model are applied to build an outburst failure model with performance degradation effect. Furthermore, a competition failure model with the correlation between degradation failure and outburst failure is proposed. A numerical example with a set of missiles in storage is analyzed to demonstrate the accuracy and superiority of the proposed model. 展开更多

To reach a higher level of autonomy for unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) in air combat games, this paper builds an autonomous maneuver decision system. In this system, the air combat game is regarded as a Markov process, so that the air combat situation can be effectively calculated via Bayesian inference theory. According to the situation assessment result, adaptively adjusts the weights of maneuver decision factors, which makes the objective function more reasonable and ensures the superiority situation for UCAV. As the air combat game is characterized by highly dynamic and a significant amount of uncertainty, to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of maneuver decision results, fuzzy logic is used to build the functions of four maneuver decision factors. Accuracy prediction of opponent aircraft is also essential to ensure making a good decision; therefore, a prediction model of opponent aircraft is designed based on the elementary maneuver method. Finally, the moving horizon optimization strategy is used to effectively model the whole air combat maneuver decision process. Various simulations are performed on typical scenario test and close-in dogfight, the results sufficiently demonstrate the superiority of the designed maneuver decision method. 展开更多

Reaction control system(RCS)is a powerful and efficient actuator for space vehicles attitude control,which is typically characterized as a pulsed unilateral effector only with two states(off/on).Along with inevitable internal uncertainties and external disturbances in practice,this inherent nonlinear character always hinders space vehicles autopilot from pursuing precise tracking performance.Compared to most of pre-existing methodologies that passively suppress the uncertainties and disturbances,a design based on predictive functional control(PFC)and generalized extended state observer(GESO)is firstly proposed for three-axis RCS control system to actively reject that with no requirement for additional fuel consumption.To obtain a high fidelity predictive model on which the performance of PFC greatly depends,the nonlinear coupling multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)flight dynamics model is parameterized as a state-dependent coefficient form.And based on that,a MIMO PFC algorithm in state space domain for a plant of arbitrary orders is deduced in this paper.The internal uncertainties and external disturbances are lumped as a total disturbance,which is estimated and cancelled timely to further enhance the robustness.The continuous control command synthesised by above controller-rejector tandem is finally modulated by pulse width pulse frequency modulator(PWPF)to on-off signals to meet RCS requirement.The robustness and feasibility of the proposed design are validated by a series of performance comparison simulations with some prominent methods in the presence of significant perturbations and disturbances,as well as measurement noise. 展开更多

From a theoretical standpoint, a hybrid harmony search(HS)algorithm, namely the oppositional global-based HS(OGHS), is proposed for solving the multi-objective flexible job-shop scheduling problems(MOFJSPs) to minimize makespan, total machine workload and critical machine workload. An initialization program embedded in opposition-based learning(OBL) is developed for enabling the individuals to scatter in a well-distributed manner in the initial harmony memory(HM). In addition, the recursive halving technique based on opposite number is employed for shrinking the neighbourhood space in the searching phase of the OGHS. From a practice-related standpoint, a type of dual vector code technique is introduced for allowing the OGHS algorithm to adapt the discrete nature of the MOFJSP. Two practical techniques, namely Pareto optimality and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS), are implemented for solving the MOFJSP.Furthermore, the algorithm performance is tested by using different strategies, including OBL and recursive halving, and the OGHS is compared with existing algorithms in the latest studies.Experimental results on representative examples validate the performance of the proposed algorithm for solving the MOFJSP. 展开更多

The turning frequency points are fixed in each frequency interval in the standard Oustaloup approximation. In the improved Oustaloup method, the turning frequency points are determined by the adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization (PSO). The average velocity is proposed to reduce the iterations of the PSO. The chaotic search scheme is combined to reduce the opportunity of the premature phenomenon. Two fitness functions are given to minimize the zero-pole and amplitude-phase frequency errors for the underlying optimization problems. Some numerical examples are compared to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of this proposed rational approximation method. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel transformer magnetic biasing control method for high-power high-performance AC power supplies. Serious consequences due to magnetic biasing and several methods to overcome magnetic biasing are first discussed. The causes of the transformer magnetic biasing are then analyzed in detail. The proposed method is based on a high-pass filter inserted in the forward path and the feedforward control. Without testing magnetic biasing of transformer, this method can eliminate magnetic biasing of transformer completely in real-time waveform feedback control systems though the aero error of the Hall effect sensors varies with time and temperature. The method has already been employed in a 90KVA AC power supply. It is shown that it offers improved performance over existing ones. In this method, no sensors are used such that the zero error of the Hall effect sensors has not any influence on the system. It is simple to design and implement. Furthermore, the method is suitable for various power applications. 展开更多

The Internet now is a large-scale platform with big data.Finding truth from a huge dataset has attracted extensive attention,which can maintain the quality of data collected by users and provide users with accurate and efficient data. However, current truth finder algorithms are unsatisfying, because of their low accuracy and complication. This paper proposes a truth finder algorithm based on entity attributes (TFAEA). Based on the iterative computation of source reliability and fact accuracy, TFAEA considers the interactive degree among facts and the degree of dependence among sources, to simplify the typical truth finder algorithms. In order to improve the accuracy of them, TFAEA combines the oneway text similarity and the factual conflict to calculate the mutual support degree among facts. Furthermore, TFAEA utilizes the symmetric saturation of data sources to calculate the degree of dependence among sources. The experimental results show that TFAEA is not only more stable, but also more accurate than the typical truth finder algorithms. 展开更多

However, in the using process, the user only concerns with the detection capabilities rather than coverage performance. To establish the relationship between these two aspects, the reconnaissance processes of normal stochastic targets are considered and the mathematic models of detection processes are built. The indicators of coverage performance are used to evaluate the detection probability and expectation of detection time delay, which are important factors in reconnaissance constellation estimation viewed from military intelligence discipline. The conclusions confirmed by the final simulation will be useful in LEO reconnaissance constellation design, optimization and evaluation. 展开更多

As an effective resource allocation method, portfolio decision analysis(PDA) is used to align business functions of business architecture and applications of system architecture.
