高温热处理对罗竹蒸笼径向压力影响的试验研究 认领

摘要 通过自主研制的高温热处理装置,对罗竹蒸笼进行高温热处理试验。试验选取正交旋转试验方案,以温度和时间为试验因素,以不同直径蒸笼的可承受最大径向压力为研究目标,研究热处理温度和时间对不同直径罗竹蒸笼的径向压力影响。结果表明,直径130 mm、205 mm、460 mm蒸笼的最佳参数组合分别为:温度144.22℃,时间为2.99 h;温度148.53℃,时间为2.72 h;温度147.31℃,时间为2.42 h。该试验为延长罗竹蒸笼使用年限和改善力学性能提供了依据。 In this paper, the high-temperature heat treatment test of S.tunghomii McClure steamer was carried out by self-developed high-temperature heat treatment device,The influence of heat treatment temperature and time on the radial pressure of S.tunghomii McClure steamer with different diameter was studied;The temperature and the time were taken as experimental factors, the maximum radial pressure of S.tunghomii McClure steamer with different diameter was investigated by using the orthogonal rotation test program to find the optimal combination of parameters. The results show that the optimal combination of parameters is temperature 144.22 ℃, time of 2.99 h;temperature 148.53 ℃,time of 2.72 h;temperature 147.31 ℃, time of 2.42 h. for the steamer with diameter 130 mm, 205 mm,460 mm respectively. The experimental results provide a basis for extending the usage life of S.tunghomii McClure steamer and improving its mechanical properties.
