Urban planning construction land standard and its revision based on climate and topography in China 认领

Urban planning construction land standard is the technical specification for scientifically allocating various types of urban construction land,and it is the basis for drawing up and revising the overall urban planning scheme.Considering China’s current urban planning construction land standard,many problems exist,such as the gap in the land use control threshold,the lack of regional differences in the climate revision,and failing to consider the topographic factors.To resolve these problems,this study proposed a step-by-step process framework and quantitative calculation method for the establishment and revision of standards in accordance with the principle of Total-Structure control.By setting the conditions,a universal basic standard for construction land was established.Quantitative analysis was then conducted on the relationship between the basic standard and the selected key indicators,such as urban population size,sunshine spacing coefficient,the width of river valleys or inter-montane basins,and terrain slope,among others.Finally,revised standards were formed for climate conditions,topography,and geomorphologic conditions,which were matched with the basic standards.The key results are three-fold:(1)The per capita construction land standard of 95 m~2/person can be used as the total indicator of China’s urban planning basic standard,and the corresponding per capita single construction land comprises 32.50%of residential land,7.42%of public management and public service land,22.50%of industrial land,17.50%of transportation facilities,12.50%of green space,and 7.58%of other land-use types.The results of the revision of the urban population size indicate that the difference in population size has little effect on the total amount of per capita construction land.(2)The climate revision results of per capita residential land and per capita construction land in major cities reveal that the revised climate value varies greatly between north and south China.The revised climate values of the per capita area of co 展开更多

Identifying foreign investors is a precondition for the application of the Foreign Investment Law of the People’s Republic of China,but this law does not specify the standard for such an identification.At present,there is no uniform standard or practice in international society.The existing standards for identifying foreign investors in modern countries are the place of incorporation standard,the place of domicile standard,the actual control standard,and the compound standard.The major difference underlying these changing standards is how to confirm the actual connection between foreign investors and host countries.In the era of globalization,multinational enterprises gradually weaken their national identity,becoming closer and more consistent with the interests of domicile.Therefore,the place of domicile standard can best reflect the actual connection between investors and the country,and this standard also gives consideration to the stability and flexibility of the law.As a result,the place of domicile standard has gradually become the main standard by which many countries identify foreign investors.The identification standard of foreign investors in Chinese legislation and international investment treaties is quite confusing,but there is little doubt that the main standard is the place of incorporation standard,which leads to many problems in practice.In order to adapt to the situation of international investment,China should take the implementation of the Foreign Investment Law as an opportunity to unify domestic legislation with the place of domicile standard.At the same time,it should pay closer attention to the convergence of domestic law and international law to achieve its legislative purpose by expanding opening-up and promoting foreign investment. 展开更多

What can a heavy U(1)B-L Z'boson do to the muon(g-2)u anomaly and to a new Higgs boson mass? 认领

The minimal U(1)B_L extension of the Standard Model(B-L-SM)offers an explanation for neutrino mass generatio n via a seesaw mechanism;it also offers two new physics states,namely an extra Higgs bos on and a new Z'gauge boson.The emerge nee of a second Higgs particle as well as a new Z'gauge boson,both lin ked to the breaking of a local U(1)B_L symmetry,makes the B-L-SM rather constrained by direct searches in Large Hadron Collider(LHC)experiments.We investigate the phenomenological status of the B-L-SM by confr on ting the new physics predictions with the LHC and electroweak precision data.Taking into account the current bounds from direct LHC searches,we demonstrate that the prediction for the muon(g-2)u anomaly in the B-L-SM yields at most a contribution of approximately 8.9×10^-12,which represents a tension of 3.28 standard deviations,with the current 1σuncertainty,by means of a Z'boson if its mass is in the range of 6.3 to 6.5 TeV,within the reach of future LHC runs.This means that the B-L-SM,with heavy yet allowed Z‘bos on mass range,in practice,does not resolve the tension between the observed anomaly in the muon(g-2)u and the theoretical prediction in the Standard Model.Such a heavy Z'boson also implies that the minimal value for the new Higgs mass is of the order of 400 GeV. 展开更多

This inaugural study in Benin was aimed at assessing neuropsychological and behavioural problems of patients with traumatic brain injury managed at the Hubert Koutoukou Maga Teaching hospital in Cotonou, and the impact on their standard of leaving. This was a prospective and cross-cutting study with a descriptive and analytical aim. It was carried out from 1 July to 30 October 2018. The study population included patients over 15 years of age who had experienced TBI. A purposive sampling of 585 patients with TBI was done, of which 142 patients could not be reached by phone while. The mean age of patients was 37.16 ± 13.9 years, with extremes ranging from 16 to 87 years. The most frequent complaints were behavioural disorder (79.5%), headache (63.8%) and memory loss (50.4%). The average duration of post traumatic amnesia was 9.08 ± 38.56 days. Sixty-three patients (68.5%) had post-traumatic amnesia that lasted less than 30 minutes and 25 patients (19.2%) had post-traumatic amnesia that lasted over a month. Neuropsychological disorders were more frequent in patients with severe TBI. Attention disorders and difficulties in elaborating strategies were noticed without any statistically significant difference in mild, moderate as well as severe TBI. Nineteen patients lost their job, thus raising the unemployment rate in our sample from 6% to 21%. Among the 100 patients (75%) that recovered their job, 14% had medical follow-up and 10% returned to part-time work. Salary remained unchanged for 61.2% of TBI patients. 展开更多

Considered under their standard form, the fifth-order KdV equations are a sort of reading table on which new prototypes of higher order solitary waves residing there, have been uncovered and revealed to broad daylight. The mathematical tool that made it possible to explore and analyze this equation is the Bogning-Djeumen Tchaho-Kofané method extended to the new implicit Bogning' functions. The analytical form of the solutions chosen in this manuscript is particular in the sense that it contains within its bosom, a package of solitary waves made up of three solitons, especially, the bright type soliton, the hybrid soliton and the dark type soliton which we estimate capable in their interactions of generating new hybrid or multi-form solitons. Existence conditions of the obtained solitons have been determined. It emerges that, these existence conditions of the chosen ansatz could open the way to other new varieties of fifth-order KdV equations including to which it will be one of the solutions. Some of the obtained solitons are exact solutions. Intense numerical simulations highlighted numerical stability and confirmed the hybrid character of the obtained solutions. These results will help to model new nonlinear wave phenomena, in plasma media and in fluid dynamics, especially, on the shallow water surface. 展开更多

目的:为规范中药饮片临床合理应用提供依据。方法:通过电子问卷的方式对全国10个省(区、市)12家中医院中药饮片处方使用情况(处方剂量、药味数)进行调研;通过医院信息系统收集并分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院(我院)2016年5月-2019年4... 目的:为规范中药饮片临床合理应用提供依据。方法:通过电子问卷的方式对全国10个省(区、市)12家中医院中药饮片处方使用情况(处方剂量、药味数)进行调研;通过医院信息系统收集并分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院(我院)2016年5月-2019年4月共计416100张门诊中药饮片处方的处方剂量、药味数及处方中饮片使用情况,同时分析不同科室中药饮片处方使用情况,探讨中药饮片处方临床应用现状并提出相关建议。结果:12家中医院的中药饮片处方平均剂量为129.60~245.00 g,平均药味数为11.90~18.25味;儿科中药饮片处方平均剂量均低于其他科室。我院中药饮片处方平均剂量为242.21 g,剂量分布在201~300 g的处方数占55.75%,超过300 g的处方数占15.22%;处方平均药味数为15味,药味数分布在11~20味的处方数占87.75%,超过20味的处方数占6.64%。我院中药饮片处方中使用频次排名前20位的中药饮片均有不同程度的超剂量使用情况,超剂量使用频率最高的3味饮片为醋郁金(占85.51%)、麸炒白术(占82.10%)和白术(占79.13%);我院内科中药饮片处方数占40.84%;内科和外科中药饮片处方剂量超过300 g(分别占11.98%、18.69%)、药味数超过18味(分别占14.60%、9.53%)的处方较多;儿科中药饮片处方药味数超过18味的处方占24.09%。结论:中药饮片处方整体剂量偏高、药味数过多,处方中单味中药饮片超剂量使用现象普遍存在。其中,内、外科应着重把控中药饮片处方药味数、单味中药饮片用量以规范处方剂量,妇科需着重控制单味中药饮片用量,儿科应特别关注处方药味数的使用,以保证更加科学、合理地规范中药饮片处方临床应用。 展开更多

2050年可再生能源电力占我国电力消费的比例将超过70%,而储能系统应用的深度和广度对新能源的进一步发展起着决定性的作用。虽然抽水蓄能的能量占比最大,受其局限性太强的限制,实际在储能中最具有关键地位的是电化学储能里的锂离子电池... 2050年可再生能源电力占我国电力消费的比例将超过70%,而储能系统应用的深度和广度对新能源的进一步发展起着决定性的作用。虽然抽水蓄能的能量占比最大,受其局限性太强的限制,实际在储能中最具有关键地位的是电化学储能里的锂离子电池储能。现在锂离子电池研究最大的瓶颈就是其安全可靠性。一方面是提高电池能量密度,另一方面是保障安全性,这两项是相互对立的。首先论述了锂离子电池在储能应用中的比例,进一步分析了锂离子电池储能目前存在的主要安全隐患、已发生的安全事故以及目前已发布的相关标准,最后提出几条预防和改进锂离子电池安全性的策略。得出的结论是解决锂电的安全问题之路任重而道远,是一场需要多方共同努力推进的持久战。 展开更多
